Welcome to Ballard House South 201, presented by Accommodations in Telluride. Ballard House South location offers easy access to so many things in Telluride that you won't know which way to turn. Colorado Ave. (Telluride's iconic historic Main Street) is 2 blocks to the north, Bear Creek Trail and the San Miguel River Trail are to the south, the Town of Telluride Park and beyond to Bridal Veil Falls is to the east, and the Telluride Gondola Station and Lift 8 area are an easy flat walk to the west. The compass says it all!

Enter the condo from the elevator in the hallway on the second floor. An inviting main room contains the kitchen, dining, and living room. A large flat-screen TV sits above the cozy gas fireplace. The sofa is a queen sleeper. French doors open to the east-facing deck that runs along the back side of the condo with a grill. The unobstructed view to the end of the Telluride Valley is one of the most requested views, and you get it from every room!

The two Queen bedrooms also have deck doors and that VIEW! There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a shower/tub. There is a washer/dryer in the condo.

The complex has an elevator for your convenience. The condo comes with an on-street parking permit for one vehicle.
