Rest, recharge, repeat. Each bedroom offers one new comfy King size mattress. Upstairs on the main level you will find the master suite, master bath and a half bath. Downstairs you will find the 2 additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. There is room for sleeping 3 more kids on 2 pull out beds.

Kick back by the gas fireplace, stream your favorite shows on our large smart TV or melt into our leather Living Spaces sectional after a day of exploring. Our big windows let in that Tahoe sunshine (or snow-globe magic, depending on the season).

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need—whether you’re whipping up pancakes before hitting the slopes or mixing up après-ski cocktails. Highlights include a drip coffee maker, rice cooker, Keurig, immersion blender & more. We even have a walk-in pantry for all of the foods!

Enjoy your morning coffee on our upper deck, grill something delicious on our propane grill, or unwind under the stars on our outdoor lounge set. Our brand new hot tub is located below the deck for extra soaking privacy (Before 10pm of course).

Important Things to Note
• We are permitted for up to 6 adults plus kids under 5. If bringing extra kids let us know so we can make up one of the pull out beds for you.
• We are permitted to park up to 4 cars - 2 on the driveway and 2 in the garage. No street parking at rentals in Tahoe.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10pm - 8am. Occupancy is limited during quiet hours. The hot tub can also not be enjoyed after 10pm sharp.
• Like most homes in Tahoe, this home does not have AC. If coming during July or August, it can get into the high 80s but we do provide fans.
• After you book, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement.
• Love our home but want to save $? Book during the week for much lower rates!
• Our home is a brand new rental, while we grow our review base, please be kind :)
Our guests will have access to our entire home with the exception of a few locked closets for owner storage.
You will check in by going right to the home using the digital keypad located on the front door. Your code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number followed by check mark and will activate at 4pm. You can get ahold of us anytime on the app or via our local phone number. However, there may be delays after 6pm when we are home with our families. We have a QR code guest book on the fridge that has a wealth of information in it and can help answer most questions.
Meyers is a little sub community in the county of South Lake Tahoe. Meyers is where most locals reside so you will be living like a local! Meyers is a well loved area of South Lake away from the hustle and bustle of Stateline. This quiet county neighborhood is best for families and those looking to relax. Just a short walk or bike ride from this home are miles of forested hiking and biking trails. Shop like a local at Holiday Market which is the nearest grocery store. Grab a beer and bite to eat at the Divided Sky. For breakfast, you are close to one of the best breakfast spots in Tahoe called the Getaway Cafe.

We welcome guests who are in compliance with the local Vacation Rental Ordinance. Please see the “Additional House Rules” section for full ordinance regarding parking, occupancy, noise, trash, etc. If our guests do not abide by the ordinance, there may be charges and in very rare cases guests may be asked to leave our home. - We welcome responsible pet owners and up to 2 well behaved dogs.
- Please add the # of pets you are bringing to the reservation.
- Dogs must be potty trained so no puppies or pee pads please.
- Pet owners must pick up dog poop before checking out.
- Pets must be kept off furniture & bedding. Excessive pet hair may incur additional cleaning charges.
- You are responsible for any and all pet related damage including carpet cleans and door scratches.
- Leash laws apply when on walks in the neighborhood.

BY BOOKING THIS HOME YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
LOCAL VACATION RENTAL LAWS.
→ Occupancy - We can’t have more people in the home than what we are permitted for.
Hot Tub - *If this home has one* The hot tub cannot be used after 10pm. This is VERY strictly enforced.
→ Quiet Hours - County quiet hours at all rentals are from 10pm - 8am. There cannot be ANY noise after 10pm.
→ Noise - This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood therefore excessive noise is not well tolerated at any time of the day.
→ Parking - We can only have the number of cars on the property that we are permitted for. Street parking, parking in the front yard or on the dirt is not allowed at rentals. Vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
→ Trash - Trash can never be left outside. All trash must be bagged up neatly and placed into the bear box next to the driveway or HOA provided dumpster. If the bear box is full, please contact us for a trash pick up. Failure to properly store trash will result in a $250 clean up fee.
→ Events - We cannot host weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties or other large gatherings at our home.
***Failure to abide by the above ordinance will result in an automatic charge of $2,000 to cover fines from the county. Other repercussions could include a citation from local law enforcement and in rare cases, eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. These are not Summit Tahoe rules, these are laws put forth by the local government that all guests must abide by.
25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT. You must be 25 years or older to book and be present at all times. You are responsible for everyone’s actions in your party.
CHECK IN & OUT TIMES. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. Our check in and out times are industry standard times for Vacation Rentals in Tahoe. Early check in’s and late check out’s may be requested. However, if we have guests leaving or arriving on the same day as your request we may not be able to grant an early check in or a late check out.
NON-SMOKING. This home is a very strict non-smoking property, which includes the outside. Evidence of smoking including a smoke smell or cigarette butts on the ground will result in a $250 charge. If someone in your party smokes, please have them do so off the property lines and dispose of their butts appropriately.
DAMAGE. We have a ‘you break, you buy’ policy when it comes to damage. We will do a detailed inspection after you check-out to check for new damage. If you notice damage from a previous guest or if damage occurs during your stay, please report it to us right away. Attempting to conceal or failing to report damage, will automatically result in being charged for the replacement or repair.
HIGH FIRE DANGER. Tahoe is under high fire danger year round. The following actions are strictly forbidden: bonfires, outdoor fires, firepits, charcoal BBQs, fireworks, using the gas BBQ or gas firepit on a red flag day, etc.
UNFORESEEN HOME ISSUES. When renting someone else’s home, issues can arise that are out of our control. We do a detailed inspection before your arrival to ensure it’s clean and all amenities are functioning but despite our best efforts, sometimes things still happen. We ask that you communicate all issues as soon as they happen so we may be given the opportunity to rectify them.
FRAUDULANT CLAIMS. We believe in running an honest business and expect our guests to have the same mentality. Falsifying or embellishing home issues with the intention of receiving money back is something we will not tolerate.
CANCELLATIONS. We adhere to the cancellation policy we have set up on the site you booked through. We also highly recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance. However, we are human too. If you are past your cancellation time frame, please initiate the cancellation process on your end so we can open up the home’s calendar. If the home gets rebooked, we will refund you minus a 3% cancellation fee to cover credit card processing.
SECURITY CAMERAS. Like all vacation rental homes in Tahoe, we have security cameras on the exterior and noise decibel monitoring devices inside. This is to ensure our guests abide by the strict local ordinance. There are never any cameras inside our home.
