The bedroom has a king bed and a full bed, and the living room includes a queen pull-out sofa, giving the space plenty of flexibility for families or small groups. The full kitchen has basic cookware and utensils — nothing fancy, but enough to get you through easy breakfasts and simple meals when you want to stay in.

Most guests spend their time out enjoying Waikiki, and this location is perfect for that. You’re surrounded by local eateries, coffee spots, food trucks, and shops, all just steps away. The building itself has a boutique coffee shop and a small convenience store, so grabbing a quick snack or morning latte is effortless.

A major bonus: the building is currently working on a revamped amenity deck, estimated to open around May 2026. Once complete, it will feature a brand-new swimming pool, BBQ areas, tennis courts, kids’ play zone, and modern hangout spaces, making the Waikiki Banyan even better than before.

Oahu’s humidity can sometimes cause condensation with appliances like the A/C and refrigerator. A few simple habits will help everything run smoothly:

-Keep lanai doors and windows closed while the A/C is running
-Turn the A/C off when leaving the unit
-Set it to a comfortable, efficient temperature (avoid extremely low settings)

Refrigerator Tips
-Keep the setting on “Normal”
-Avoid placing food directly against the back wall
-Try not to leave the fridge door open for long periods
