2 Bedroom Upper Level Rental with central AC only 5 minutes to Jack Frost & Lake Harmony.

This is the second floor level space within the Chalet. You will be the only guests at the Chalet.

-Hot tub, game room, and gas grill for outdoor entertaining.

Located in the Camelot Forest with 2 private lakes! You can walk down 1 block to the lake for fishing and to the tennis courts.

1 kitchen featuring a regular coffee maker and a Keurig K cup, blender, pancake griddle, sandwich maker, pots, and pans available for use.

Owner didn’t respond, had a realtor show up because he made appointment with owner and was never notified. Beds were terrible and place looked like it was never upgraded or cleaned!

I rarely write reviews but feel the need, so that others are aware. Where to begin…we had to shovel snow and ice to make a very narrow walking path wider in the driveway and entryway for safety as we had ski gear and luggage. The property didn’t seem as if it was even cleaned before we arrived. The rugs areas are totally stained which either need a deep cleaning or totally replaced. The kitchen counters, stove, and refrigerator all had crumbs or stains. Good luck getting some decent sleep as the main bed is totally sunken in and had to sleep in the second bedroom with our child. Walls are stained with hole punctures with some electrical outlets exposed. Couch cushion is ripped and held together by safety pins. Oh and the smell, not sure what it is but the owners need to check that out. These are just a few examples as the place is in need of some serious TLC, maintenance, and deep cleaning. I wouldn’t even consider renting this place in good faith at this price point with the shape this property is in. To top it all off, there were no access passes for the community areas, specifically for the garbage which we needed. I sent a message to the owner regarding the garbage pass three hours before departing and still haven’t received a response. Good thing I have a pickup truck as we had to lug all our garbage back to our home which is close to a three hour drive.

The first thing I noticed was that the carbon monoxide alarm was beeping and it was the alarm light that was flashing. I was thinking that it might just be the battery, so we restarted it and we're going to watch it to make sure that it's was safe to stay there. Next, because I have kids, I walked the property to make sure it was safe. There were dead bugs lining all the floors leading out to the patio. Both the mini fridge at the bar area and the fridge in the kitchen were dirty, but the one in the kitchen has mold and the freezer was frozen over with a bag of ice spilled in there. The full kitchen definitely did not have enough pots and pans, and the cooking utensils were dirty. I went to clean the dishes because, well, things happen, but the sink was clogged with something (sorry, but I was NOT sticking my hand down into that situation to find out what it was) and we discovered the garbage disposal below the sink. When I went to use it, it didn't work. We checked the breaker and verified everything was on, it was, and the disposal didn't work. I went to use the dishwasher, which turned on and ran, but no water was running through it for some reason. The couch was falling apart and held together with safety pins, the bunk beds were wobbly, the carpets are completely stained, and the cabinetry on the bar was broken. When I reached out to the property owner about my issues I was called a liar and told to leave without a refund if I was unhappy.

We had a great time, the host was very responsive and helpful. The place was in nice shape and close to everything. The hot tub was a nice bonus in the freezing cold. Thank you for everything.
