While the garden is technically common space it is not generally used by other residents, creating an exceptionally quiet and private feel.



Inside, an open, modern layout with curated furnishings creates a calm, inviting atmosphere. Lower-level bedrooms face the garden, enhancing privacy. The primary bedroom features an open-concept design with an ensuite bath, clawfoot soaking tub, natural stone finishes, and a firm queen mattress for restful sleep. Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:

For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:

- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold

- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold

- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
