Ce ranch rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© et meublĂ© comprend trois chambres et deux salles de bain, un salon bien Ă©clairĂ© par de grandes fenĂȘtres, de nouveaux planchers en bois, une spacieuse cuisine avec coin repas et une porte coulissante donnant sur un une toute nouvelle piscine extĂ©rieure d'eau salĂ©e chauffĂ©e. SituĂ©e sur un demi-acre dans une rue calme idĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  mi-chemin entre East Hampton et Sag Harbor Villages, cette rĂ©sidence est parfaite pour les Hamptons!

* La piscine sera ouverte du 1er mai au 14 octobre 2019

We had a wonderful stay! The host was super friendly and accommodating. The home is on a lovely property with a clean and beautiful pool. It’s a perfect spot for a small family. The location of the home was great as well!

Perfect Hamptons House!

I recently stayed at this amazing home in East Hampton, and it was perfect for our girls' trip! The house is spacious and beautifully decorated, making it ideal for both a fun getaway with friends or a relaxing family vacation. The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to Sag Harbor or East Hampton, where we enjoyed shopping, dining, and exploring. The outdoor space is simply stunning, offering plenty of room to lounge, swim, and soak up the sun. It felt like our own private oasis. Jennifer, the owner, was fantastic and so easy to communicate with. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing retreat in East Hampton.

Beautiful home and great location

This turned out to be an incredible home that my family was able to enjoy at the end of the summer. Jennifer was so kind and very easy to talk to and was always available before, during and after our trip. I came with my family which included 2 kids (12 and 14yo) and 2 well-trained small dogs which she was kind enough to accommodate. The interior of the home is fully renovated with no flaws. The basement was large and perfect for kids and adults which included a private office. There were plenty of games for kids and TV's. Bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen were equipped with all necessities. Kitchen leads out to outdoor area with deck, grill and a great outdoor area with a pool that was much larger than expected. The street is quiet and the location is excellent as it is equidistant to sag harbor and East Hampton. We were able to drive 10 mins to main beach and there are plenty of other beaches and parks that are just as close. This is a great home and it appears that Jennifer has really made an effort to make this a home that she truly cares about. Thank you so much for letting us be there.

Amazing pool and clean, great house!

Perfect for a small group trip, the house is very clean and updated. Jennifer was friendly and very easy to coordinate with. The pool area was our favorite part. Would recommend for any east hampton stay!

Awesome quick getaway

We had an amazing time at Jennifer’s house. The house was located conveniently close to town ,but also even more conveniently away from it all! It was greatly decorated to bring a feeling of a quality and relaxing vacation, what the Hamptons is all about. The deck, backyard, and above all the pool added the feeling of exclusivity, bringing about all the attributes needed for a perfect vacation at the highest standard! Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to spend a few- or more- days in a relaxing setting of the highest quality. We are planning on returning again, not once but several times! Jennifer as a host is super attentive, and always available, even when she herself is on vacation!

Exactly what we wanted!

The property is a jewel-box of a house, perfectly maintained. The heated pool is large and beautifully landscaped. The owner has excellent taste. The house had everything we needed, yet was not cluttered. The neighborhood is quiet and woodsy but convenient to stores and the water. We were looking for an end-of-summer getaway, and this property fit the bill. Because of the pandemic, we did not go out to restaurants but enjoyed cooking or grilling our meals and eating on the pretty deck which overlooks the pool. Jennifer was a superb host and was easy to get in touch with. We did not have a single issue or problem during our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Family getaway to our happy place

Beautiful home perfect for our family of four with a gorgeous backyard and pool. We enjoyed lunches everyday on the porch, and swam daily in the saltwater pool. We could not have asked for a better week away. Jennifer was an excellent host, and very responsive to any of our needs or questions. I love the location of the house, as it is a quick drive into EH town or beach as well as less than 10 mins from Sag Harbor where we enjoyed a few restaurants. Wish we didn't have to leave!

I couldn't have been more happy with our stay at Jennifer's property in East Hampton. From the cleanliness to the amenities at hand, everything was absolutely perfect! And well, that POOL! That pool should be in a class by itself. Beyond happy and I cannot wait to come back with my family next year!

Great experience, beautiful home

Our family of five had an amazing week in Jennifer’s home! We have 3 young children and live in NYC. During the shelter in place order we had to limit our outdoor trips and we had the ultimate cabin fever. As the restrictions started to lift we decided we needed to get away and find a place with SPACE. Jennifer’s home was perfect and is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The house was lovely, clean, and furnished well with no clutter. We had everything we needed. The outdoor space is huge and exactly what we were looking for! The kids were able to run around, play lawn games, and fly airplanes and frisbees. The pool was amazing and had stadium steps going into the water which was perfect for our toddler boys. We were able to hang out by the steps for hours everyday and they absolutely loved it. It is also heated which was a bonus for our youngest 4 month old - his first time in the water. The kitchen leads out to the deck with a grill and we ate every meal outside with a beautiful view of the grounds and pool. We were not able to take advantage of the restaurants outside however the grocery and pharmacy are very close. The East Hampton beach is nearby and lovely as well. Jennifer was readily available and answered all of our questions promptly. Overall a fantastic experience and we made the best memories with our family and would love to return in the future!

Amazing home

This home was perfect, had everything we wanted. Clean beautiful and spacious. The backyard and pool are a perfect size to hangout and soak up the sun. The owner is easy to reach and great to work with. We had an amazing stay the location was perfect and right in the middle of all the action. We loved our stay in this house.

The perfect getaway!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location is great! The towns of East Hampton and Sag Harbor are both minutes away. We also enjoyed the short trip to Montauk. The house is perfect ~ beautifully decorated, clean with zero clutter. We spent lots of time enjoying the gorgeous pool and patio. We hope to stay again next summer!
