The home includes two private decks for this unit, while the backyard and patio are shared with another on-site rental. One driveway parking space is provided.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire upstairs unit, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, in-unit washer and dryer, and two private decks.



The backyard and furnished patio are shared with another on-site rental (studio downstairs) for extended stays. One designated driveway parking space is included.



There is no access to the studio unit downstairs or any locked owner closets.

This is an upstairs unit and requires climbing an exterior staircase; it may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.



The property includes another on-site rental, and while the decks are private, the backyard and patio are shared.



This is a quiet residential neighborhood—quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking, pets, parties, or unregistered guests are allowed.
