The home includes two private decks for this unit, while the backyard and patio are shared with another on-site rental. Street parking is best (please don't block the driveway).



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire upstairs unit, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, in-unit washer and dryer, and two private decks.



The backyard and furnished patio are shared with another on-site rental (studio downstairs) for extended stays. Street parking is best (please don't block the driveway).



There is no access to the studio unit downstairs or any locked owner closets.

This is an upstairs unit and requires climbing an exterior staircase; it may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood—quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking, pets, parties, or unregistered guests are allowed.
