Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!

The home is accessible from an electronic lockbox.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood right off Frederica road. You are walking distance to Redfern Village which has several shops, restaurants and live music.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be added after booking. For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Pets are not allowed. If pets are discovered to be at the property we will have to cancel your reservation without a refund and charge a $500 fine. Thank you for your understanding on this.
