The Space:

This apartment is in one of the best locations in the hub of downtown Playa del Carmen, just 2 blocks from the famous 5th Avenue and 4 blocks from the beach! There’s a rooftop pool with city views, there’s a terrific, larger ground-floor pool to enjoy. Great places to meet fellow travelers and make new friends!



The main spaces of the apartment:

- An open living space with splashes of color, a cozy sofa, a desk set up for a remote worker, a wall-mounted Smart TV with cable, and direct access to the balcony where you’ll find a small table and chairs that are ideal for enjoying a morning cup of coffee.

- There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare meals at home – a great money saver! Plus, a dishwasher for easy clean-up so you can spend more time at the beach.

- There’s a great breakfast bar in the kitchen with 4 bar stools, where you can enjoy your home-cooked meals.

- There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate 6 guests as such:

LIVING AREA: 1 Double pullout sofabed

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment during your stay. As a guest, you’ll have access to the shared rooftop pool & ground pool with a shaded lounge area and the gym onsite.

Playa del Carmen is one of the happening places in Mexico to take a vacation, and your stay is in the heart of it! You’ll be:

- 4 blocks to the beach and nearby beach clubs like Coralina, Mamitas, Zenzi, and Lidos

- 2 blocks to the famous 5th Avenue lined with restaurants, shops, cafes, boutique stores, vibrant malls like Quinta Alegría and the shops at Calle Corazón, people-watching, and more!

- Plenty of water sports to partake in like scuba and snorkeling, paddle boarding, and boating

- Visit a freshwater cenote (nature’s sinkholes unique to this area!)

- Visit ancient Mayan ruins like Chichen Itza, Tulum, and Cobá.

Getting Around:

The distance from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) to your destination called The Gallery is about 57.5 km or 35.7 miles. It’s best if you pre-arrange private transportation to/from the airport as taxis are quite expensive. Let us know if we can be of any assistance.

Other Things to Note:

Please note that because the property is downtown, there is a potential for noise such as traffic.



Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of your arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.



Pets are not allowed at this property.



Any children under 16 years of age are not allowed on the rooftop pool for security reasons. This is for safety to your family.



We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.



There is no daily cleaning but if you’d like to arrange for the place to be cleaned for an additional charge, just please let us know in advance.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- Any children under 16 years of age are not allowed on the rooftop pool for security reasons. This is for safety to your family.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their visit.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.

- Pool, and common area regulations, and opening/closing hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.

- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property but you must stop at the front desk reception first to get registered into the building. Once at the apartment, there’s a lockbox to access the keys. The access code will be provided to you before your arrival.
