• Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties and events are prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces strict noise ordinances, and any violations may result in fines and/or immediate removal from the property. We invite you to have fun and enjoy the backyard while on vacation respecting the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels at all times.

• Security Cameras: A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entry, with additional cameras over the garage and side access gate. These devices are used to verify occupancy and only for emergency/security purposes for guests.

• Noise & Occupancy Monitoring: A Minut noise and occupancy sensor is installed to help ensure respectful volume levels. It tracks decibel levels only and does not record audio, preserving guest privacy while maintaining neighborhood peace.

• Late Checkout Policy: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee. Please reach out in advance if you need extra time to avoid this fee.
