This dog friendly 2-bed 2-bath home with a dedicated office/exercise room, front portal and a private backyard, will give you the time to enjoy the City Different and can be a perfect home base for your stay.

High ceilings throughout the home
65` smart TV with Cable TV and DVD player
You will have access to the entire house except the garage, a closet in the office/exercise room, and a closet in the kitchen.
We are available to interact with guests but will follow your lead.
The street is a dead end street so not a lot of traffic along this narrow street.
Bicentennial park and El Torreon parks are close by.
Garage is not available. Park along the drive way and in front of the garage. You can also park on the street but please park as close to the curb, or even on the curb, to give neighbors more room.
I have been hosting with Airbnb for over 10 years in Santa Fend I have lived in this home for more than 3 years with my dog but since she has taken the rainbow bridge to the other side, I have decided to rent it out and move into a smaller home so I can move on to other things and travel more. The open living, cooking and eating space is fantastic. Especially with the 65` TV. The private back yard is great for sun bathing.
Small ants sometimes come out when food is left out so make sure to put open containers of food away when not eating. There are also 2 anti-ant trays that I used to put my dogs food bowl, sweet breads and other items that ants like to eat. Usually sweet items.
I may have to get into the Garage from time to time to get supplies for other airbnb rentals but it would be vary infrequently and I would not need to get into the home or come into the front yard.
