The Space

Primary Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual sinks, and a folding mattress for little ones.
- Bedroom 2: Bunk beds (full bottom, twin top, trundle twin underneath), next to a bathroom with a clawfoot tub and shower.
- Loft includes a queen bed, and fold-out futon, workspace, and open view of the main living area.
- Brand new hot tub that fits seven people on the back deck with views of the pond and the night sky.
- Living Area: Cozy sectional, TV with streaming services, and stunning views of the deck and lake.
- Kitchen & Dining: Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, crockpot, blender, and more. Full-size electric BBQ on the deck. Dining room features a 10-foot live edge redwood table overlooking the lake.
- Play & Fun: Indoor pop-a-shot basketball, board games, and a child’s hanging pod swing. Outside, enjoy a hammock, patio seating, stadium seats from Candlestick Park, and giant Connect Four and Jenga.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to all 14 acres, the lake, all rooms in the home, and the surrounding property—completely private. Please note there is an additional home adjacent to this one. Please do not disturb those occupants.

Extras & Notes
- EV Charging: 14-50 outlet available for Tesla and other EVs (bring your adapter and mobile charger).
- Lake Fun: Boats, floats, and life jackets included. Fish for bass and perch (bring your own gear).
- Explore the Property: Wander through the barn, orchard, lavender fields, pastures, and Miwok grinding stones. Any fruit you pick or fish you catch is yours to enjoy.
