Welcome to Seahorse at Emerald Seas — a charming beach-view 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath duplex perfectly positioned just across the street from the sand and surf! This delightful home offers a shared swimming pool, cozy coastal vibes, and everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is ideal for gathering and unwinding after a day in the sun. Kick back on the comfy sofa or curl up in one of the cozy chairs with a good book or your favorite show. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare simple meals, with seating for 10 between the large dining table and countertop space — or head outside and dine poolside at the picnic table. The main bedroom, located on the first floor, features balcony access overlooking the sparkling pool and an adjacent bathroom. The pool can also be accessed from the ground level for added convenience.

Upstairs, a serene queen bedroom opens onto the front balcony, offering stunning views of the Gulf's turquoise waters. The third bedroom of this duplex provide two tiwn over full bunk beds. A Jack and Jill bathroom is shared by these bedrooms.

Outside, soak up the sun by the shared fenced-in pool or unwind on one of the covered balconies. Two outdoor showers, ample parking (3 vehicles), and easy beach access just a few houses away complete the perfect vacation setting.

Security camera details: Ring doorbell camera is located on the neighboring side of the duplex on the front door.
