▪️ This property is part of a larger duplex-style home. If you’re traveling with a bigger group, you also have the option to rent the other side of the property, which features an additional 6-bedroom home.
▪️ Please note that while all indoor spaces are completely private, some outdoor areas may be shared with guests staying in the other unit. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful and considerate when using shared outdoor spaces to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
▪️ We hold a security deposit during your stay, which will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.

To ensure a comfortable stay, we conduct weekly pest control to minimize the presence of no-see-ums, mosquitoes, and other insects. However, please note that being near water means there is a higher chance of encountering wildlife, including alligators, which can be found in any freshwater area in South Carolina. While this is part of the natural charm of the area, we encourage guests to enjoy the surroundings responsibly. Your comfort and safety are always our priority!

▪️ Some outdoor spaces are shared with other guests—please be respectful, keep noise to a minimum, clean up after yourself, and be considerate of others at all times.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
▪️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
▪️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
