Wake up from a fantastic night's sleep in your private KING master suite and meet the sunrise over the gorgeous Atlantic ocean just steps away from this lovely renovated DIRECT OCEANFRONT home away from home. This inviting, spacious, and comfortable beach house will make you want to stay forever. Cook up a yummy breakfast in one of the 3 well-equipped kitchens. The ample counter space will allow you to spread out and make something great! The kids will love eating at the OCEANFRONT breakfast bar while you head to the 1st floor deck to enjoy peaceful cup of morning coffee.



Head outside to catch some sun and walk the boardwalk and sand path to your very own piece of the Atlantic Ocean. Make a family sandcastle on the wide, uncrowded beach while you watch the waves.



Later, you can head out to a great nearby restaurant for dinner or head back to cook something scrumptious in those terrific kitchens.  If grilling is more your speed, we’ve got you covered with multiple charcoal grills in the OCEANFRONT BACK YARD.  Later on, take a romantic stroll on the beach or settle in on one of the comfy sofas with the family for a movie - don't forget the popcorn!

Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?'

A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.



Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?'

A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.



Q: 'Is parking included?'

A: YES - Parking is free for up to EIGHT CARS AND ONE MOTORCYCLE OR SCOOTER. No street parking allowed



Q: 'Do you allow pets?'

A: MAYBE - We love pets and travel with our own when we can. However, there are rules. So, DOGS ARE ALLOWED WITH PRE-APPROVAL ONLY. PLEASE MESSAGE US WITH THE AGE AND TYPE OF DOG YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING.  Failure to obtain prior approval may result in us not being able to check you in, and the regular refund policy will still apply.  A PET FEE OF $150 IS ALSO REQUIRED AND MUST BE COLLECTED PRIOR TO CHECK IN. Cats are not allowed. Please contact us for approval of your dog PRIOR TO BOOKING.



Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'

A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking.



Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'

A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.

If you need a break from the beach, try out one of the area’s many miniature golf courses, driving ranges, or check out one of the many 18-hole golf courses, including Azalea Sands, Beachwood, Tidewater, or one of the several fantastic Barefoot courses.



For a little “retail therapy”, take a walk around Boulineau’s, a stroll at Barefoot Landing, do some serious shopping at one of the two Tanger Outlets in the area, or head south to Broadway at the Beach, the Coastal Grand Mall or The Market Common.  Don’t forget the Main Street area, where you can wander into one of the many beach shops.



Take in a show or concert at the nearby House of Blues, Alabama Theater, or Carolina Opry. At Legends In Concert, you just might see Elvis! For some entertaining dining, you can watch a joust at Medieval Times or hang out with pirates at Pirate’s Voyage.



At the fantastic nearby Barefoot Landing, you can find great places to eat, including LuLu’s, Flying Fish, Umberto’s, the awesome new Crooked Hammock Brewery, and many more.  You can also do a little shopping at the many great boutiques, buy a ticket to Alligator Adventure, grab some awesome popcorn from Collette’s, or head next door to Barefoot Winery and enjoy some samples!



Barefoot Landing is great, but the Main Street area has it going on! With so many terrific restaurants to choose from and so many things to do, you will want to book your next year’s vacation before you head home!



If your sightseeing takes you south to Broadway at the Beach, you can feed a stingray at the fantastic Ripley’s Aquarium, take the kids on a carnival ride at the Pavillion Nostalgia Park, or check out Wonder Works for some educational fun. If you’re hungry, enjoy one of the many restaurant selections, including the famous Hard Rock, Wahlburger’s, Dave & Buster’s, or Margaritaville. Looking for a little nightlife?  Grab daiquiri at Fat Tuesday’s, dance to your favorite music at one of the many clubs, join in the fun at Señor Frog’s, or request a song at Crocodile Rocks dueling piano bar - it’s so much fun!

Getting Around:

If you are arriving with a car, you will be happy to know that there is free parking on-site. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are a lot of convenient, easily accessible transportation options in close proximity.

This home is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. However, we don’t want our guests to arrive after a long drive or flight and feel that they have to go shopping right away. So, rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoos are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up.



2nd and 3rd floors are access by outside (covered) stairway only - no interior stairs.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING.



No pets. Max guest count is 36.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
