We strive to present our home as accurately as possible through detailed photos, descriptions, and amenities so guests know exactly what they’re booking. The outdoor seating area is shown and described in the listing, and while it is accessed separately from the main entrance, many guests have enjoyed using it during their stay. Regarding the cleanliness concerns, we take those very seriously. Had these issues been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have immediately sent our cleaning team to inspect and address them. We have since completed an additional inspection and did not find evidence supporting those concerns. Our home does not have air conditioning, and that is accurately reflected in the listing. While summer afternoons can be warm, Big Sky’s cool evenings typically make for comfortable nights. We’re proud that the overwhelming majority of our guests have rated their experience 10/10 and have complimented the cleanliness, comfort, and accuracy of our listing.
