70` TV, comfy seating, Bluetooth speaker. Sliding doors out to an outdoor deck with dining space and gas grill. This unit is on the first floor.

Kitchens:

Both condos have fully stocked kitchens with:
Refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, plates, bowls, silverware, wine glasses, pots , pans, cooking utensils basic spices (salt, pepper, spice rack). No oils, sprays, foil, or wrap provided.

Dining areas in each home comfortably seat 8.

Pets: No cats; certain hypoallergenic, non-shedding dogs may be considered with an additional fee (if that’s how you want to run it).

Stairs: 4BR unit is on the 3rd floor with ~40 stairs; 2BR unit is on the 2nd floor.

Cleaning: Standard clean after checkout; mid-stay clean available for a fee.
