OUTSIDE:
Enjoy outdoor seating and take in the fresh ocean breeze. Grill your favorite meals on the BBQ, sunbathe on the couch loungers, and simply relax.

PARKING:
Maximum of 2 vehicles. 1 in the garage and 1 in the oversized driveway. Plenty of street parking for overflow.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high-speed WiFi. Kitchens include a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster, and blender.

KITCHEN SUPPLIES:
Properties are equipped with basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. A spice rack with salt and pepper is provided. No additional cooking supplies or ingredients are included (oil, sprays, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

HOUSE SUPPLIES:
An initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and toilet paper is provided.

OTHER ITEMS:
Bath and pool towels are provided based on the maximum occupancy of the home. Bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire home via a secure keyless entry system. A unique access code is issued for each reservation and remains active throughout your stay, allowing for easy, secure, and contact-free check-in.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is after 4 PM local time. Check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request during the week of your stay at no additional cost, if we are able to accommodate.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
No. All homes offer keyless entry with a unique access code provided prior to arrival.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
Each home is fully furnished and includes a kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Cooking and serving items such as plates, bowls, utensils, can opener, corkscrew, and measuring spoons are included. Bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap are provided. Bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

DO YOU HAVE BEACH TOYS, CHAIRS, AND UMBRELLAS?
Yes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping packages directly to the home. Due to multiple parties accessing the property, we cannot be responsible for delivered packages.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No. Please bring your own Bluetooth-enabled devices.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats. Certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs may be considered with an additional fee.
