Great Stay!

Our family stayed here for a ski weekend. The house couldn’t have been nicer, cleaner, more well equipped, or inviting. Incredibly close to the mountain. Would definitely come here again.

Amazing getaway!

A wonderful place to stay and so close to Belleayre Mountain!

Our stay was perfect. The house was so clean, Rajesh was easy to contact if we had questions and fit our family perfectly. The house was within seconds to the slopes we were even able to head home for lunch each day. The hot tub was a special treat as well. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Ideal ski retreat

The Gray House was the perfect spot for two families on a ski trip to Belleayre. The house was clean, well appointed and very well stocked! We particularly appreciated all of the toiletries and kitchen tools. We hope to stay in the house again soon!

Perfect stay!

This house was amazing! It was great location, perfectly stocked, modern and very clean. This home makes for a perfect stay. I highly recommend. The host communicated well and provided guidance for any possible thing in the house. Some family members stayed at other nearby rental homes and this house was the absolute best one in the area.

Great stay and very close for easy access to the ski hill

The property worked out well for us and had a short and easy access to the ski hill. It was clean, and check-in process was great. The house isn't far from the highway, but you don't hear a lot of noise. Because of the time of year we stayed, with the snow just melting the car park area was really muddy but we were just there to ski so it didn't bother us because we didn't have time to explore outside.

Late winter and early spring does get a lot of rain and snow melt which causes a lot of mud but I will look into improving the driveway. Family get together post Covid

This was the perfect three night getaway for my family who had not been altogether for a year and a half due to the pandemic. This was the midway meeting point for all of us and this house did not disappoint. The overall cleanliness was exceptional and we could not have asked for more. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck well into the night getting caught up and ended the night with a quick trip to the hot tub. Would highly recommend. Our trip was scheduled in June but I can’t imagine a better place to stay if you are a skier. Perfect for the winter season.

High Tech & top of the line property

We loved all the conveniences. Quality cookware (Better than I have at home) The house was spotless. The property charming and comfortable. The kids ( all 30 + lol) loved the hot tub. The negative- for me: I don’t like Alexa or the cameras. I don’t think cameras or any listening device belong in a bedroom The owner assured me and proved to me that the cameras we not active. That being said I know everyone does this these days . It’s a shame people can’t respect other people’s property and are forced to do this to protect their property.

I am happy to read you enjoyed the hot tub and cleanliness. We do inform guests of the Cameras so that they can remove them when they arrive. There is one in the living room to view the house when it is not rented in case a fire alarm goes off. The Alexa devices are disabled other than to control all the smart devices in the house. The cameras lense have now been painted over and covered and They can be unplugged at anytime if there are any concerns by future guests and I will make that more clear. fortunately all guest including you have respected the property and the camera is there for when the house in unoccupied.

Perfect Perfect long weekend

Simply put, this is one of the best home rental experiences my wife and I have ever had. The highlights: -Immaculately clean and beautiful spaces -Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) was taken care of and thoughtfully provided. Condiments in the refrigerator, waffle mix for breakfast, ground coffee, all the spices you can think of, cooking oil, etc. etc. Any time we thought "I wonder if there is a ____" the answer was yes. Brand new pots, pans and cooking utensils from Sur La Table -Super dog-friendly accommodations! Dog bowls for food/water, a placemat, dog blanket and even a crate. Outside there is a special doggy trash can with poop bags. -Easy communication with the hosts - they are incredibly responsive and clearly genuinely want you to be comfortable and have a great time. If you are considering booking this place, stop your search and do it already!

Mountain Retreat

Thank you for sharing your home with us. The location made for a great home-base. The house was open and light with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. We even got use to Alexa and the ease of getting the news and turning on lights and fans. WiFi was excellent and extremely important to us as we teleworked for the first two weeks. Spending a lot of time at the house, we really appreciated the grill, outdoor dining, and hot tub. As hikers, having the abandoned railroad tracks off the backyard with easy access to Cathedral Ledge was an added bonus. On the occasion we strayed from the house, we enjoyed lots of hiking, kayaking, some golf, and just tooling around the neighboring villages. Nothing really seemed that far away. We were happy to be able to spend the month there and hope to visit the Catskills again.

Immaculate Property!

This house is probably one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. Everything in the house is new and extremely clean. Every room (and outside) is thoughtfully decorated and furnished for both form and function and there was not a single thing that we thought of during our stay that the house did not have.

Perfect Getaway

Clean, tastefully decorated, smart home 2.5hrs from NYC. My wife and I spent Easter weekend at Ulster House with our dog and it was everything we wanted. The owner has done an incredible job with every little detail. A few things we appreciated: heated floors, well furnished kitchen, and Alexa enabled lights throughout. Highly recommended!

The best 8 days in 2020

There are not enough stars for this home and the amazing trip we had. It was an incredible 8 days and such a treat! The house is beautiful, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the hot tub was the cherry on top. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing!

We had an amazing time staying at the Grey House by the Slopes. Rajesh was always available to answer any questions or concerns. The house is exactly as pictured. The kitchen is a dream to cook in and the rest of the house beautiful. We loved using the fire pit to roast marsh mellows and jump in the hot tub after a long hike or bike ride. Great location too! Near a ton of hikes and a short drive to the new Ashokan rail trail! Would love to return when it’s covered in snow!

Perfect Catskills getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Rajesh his Gray House. The space is very nicely decorated, modern, has a lot of light and better stocked kitchen than I ever experienced in a vacation rental. The location is great, surrounded by trees and feels very private. Perfect for a summer stay in the Catskills with the nicely lit outdoor dining area and hot tub, while the AC keeps it cool inside.

Slice of Heaven

We had the pleasure of staying at the grey house for a month and couldn't have been happier with our experience. From the moment we walked into the house -- which is just as gorgeous in real life as it is in the pictures -- and were greeted by welcome goodies from the owners , we knew we'd made the right decision. The house is beautifully appointed and has everything you could possibly need and more. Great hiking trails and sweet "beach" are just a few minutes' drive away. Anytime we had questions, the owners were readily available, quick to respond by text and always so friendly. Will definitely be saving this as a favorite vacation home.

Great spot for a ski vacation.

A group of friends and I stayed here for a long ski weekend. The house is literally 1 minute away from Belleayre mountain so we were able to make "first tracks" easily. Those of us who didn't ski enjoyed the gas fireplace, the outdoor hot tub, and the basement room where the TV and large couches were. Great restaurants were very close (Peekamoose and Oakely's). Checking-in and out were seamless. Would stay here again.

Catskills Getaway

We had a great holiday weekend getaway with friends at Raj’s house on the slopes! Everything we could have needed was already thought of, and the smart features were a fantastic bonus. The sunlight streams into the house during the day, and the space is well-designed and comfortable. We enjoyed some of the beautiful hiking right around the corner, then soaked our aching muscles in the hot tub and roasted s’mores over the fire pit. So much to do nearby, we wished we could have stayed for a whole week! Our pup loved roaming in the backyard, too! Thanks to Raj for a great stay.

Great time at the Grey house

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in the Catskills and especially our stay at the Grey house. The house was exceptionally clean, modern, well decorated and well stocked. The pictures underestimated the beauty of the house. All of the comforts of home and more were provided. The hot tub was the best! Raj was great to deal with and easy to reach. We have stayed in many rental properties, and we would definitely stay in this house again.

Lovely relaxing getaway

A very comfortable, clean home (and very smart!) that was a relaxing getaway for the weekend. The homeowner communicated promptly when contacted, but let us to our own devices most of the time. A perfect rental situation. Can't recocmmend it enough. The only thing I feel I should mention, is that the address that pops up on GPS isn't *quite* accurate, you have to drive a little further down the road. This is in no way the fault of the owner, and wasn't even an inconvienence, but it did result in a moment of confusion. But if that's the worst thing I can say about the property, that Google Maps can't get it right, then you know it's a winner.
