The first floor welcomes you with an open-concept living and dining space featuring a bright living room with high-end, leather furnishings, a large flat-screen TV, dining space for up to 14 guests, and direct access to the pool and patio. Come gather, dine, and relax!

Pool-View Kitchen
The kitchen is fully-equipped-and-stocked with stainless-steel appliances, ample cookware and utensils, coffee makers, small appliances, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals with ease.

BEACH ACCESS AND BEACH GEAR
• A short three-minute walk brings you to the gated Miami Street and Hollywood Street Private, Neighborhood beach access points.
• Your stay includes FREE seasonal beach chair service (4 chairs + 2 umbrellas, March–November) set up right at the beach with your name on them.
• Plus, we provide Beach Gear - Chairs, Umbrellas, 2 Inflatable Paddleboards (available upon request), Beach Wagons, Large Cooler, Beach Towels, Cornhole Set, Beach Bags.

COMMUNITY POOL ACCESS
Guests may also enjoy the Frangista Beach community pool directly across the street, which offers a large swimming area, restrooms, and plenty of space for groups.

• Happy Go Lucky is located in on Los Angeles Street in Frangista Beach, the charming crown jewel of Miramar Beach, and features wide sidewalks for walking and biking plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!
• Walk or bike to the beach access, Pompano Joe’s, Bad Ass Coffee, Pascalli’s Kitchen, and several local beach shops.
• Short drives lead to Seascape Town Center, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Destin Commons, HarborWalk Village, and numerous water activities, restaurants, and attractions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• No Smoking
• No Parties and Loud Music - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
• Booking Guest must be 25+ and present for the whole stay - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called. No Spring Breakers Please!
• Given the size of the pool, it is $75/day to heat the pool from October 1 - April 30.
• Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 28 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is non-refundable. If you want the peace of mind, I highly recommend purchasing the optional travel insurance at the time of booking.
• PLEASE NOTE - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
• Given the private pool, bikes and beach gear provided with this home, a simple waiver must be e-signed prior to arrival. Thanks for your understanding!
