Enter the house through a front porch that captures delightful water breezes and into an eat-in kitchen with a full range of amenities, including a French door refrigerator. A comfortable living room with television opens up to the three-season porch in the back. The first floor also has an en-suite double bedroom and private full bath. Upstairs two bedrooms share a full bath, the master with a queen bed and ample closet space and another with twin beds.

Our house can be your Shelter Island playground. Children will spend hours at the easily accessible water's edge fishing, swimming, splashing, and playing. Your family can choose among 6 kayaks and a canoe to explore inside and outside the creek. Access Wades Beach and the Fresh pond with a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk/paddle, or just take a dip in Menantic creek behind the house. Spend early evenings facing west over the water watching amazing sunsets from your perch on the water. Drive less than two miles to access food and liquor stores, restaurants, and the long walking trails in the pristine Mashomack Preserve.
