Great Place

Me and my sibs and our spouses had a wonderful time in this home. There were nine adults, which mafe things a little tight, especially bathroom availability. Loved the pool, pool heatet was great. Definitely would rent this home again!

Great Location - Quiet neighborhood

We like being close to Matlacha and Pine Island. Can’t get much closer. Publix just minutes away. Other areas of interest are easily drivable.

Relaxing winter getaway

We love this place. The lanai. Was a real hit. Large pool nice setting area outdoor kitchen. All a plus. Family came to visit it was a real hit the pool was heated and we swam almost everyday. The listing is very accurate we will definitely stay here again Thank you Gloria and Susie

House worked for what we needed it for. Pool area was big, pool table got a lot of use. the sand from pool area was impossible to keep out of the house. Centrally located to many different beaches and activities. Overall good experience.

Spring break

We loved renting this home. Super clean and we loved the pool table and pool area outside. The only thing we would do differently for next time is being more towels as there wasn't a ton available at the home (which is notated in the listing I believe). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and Gloria was a great host!

Florida vacation for Family

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We stayed for 8 nights. With the timing being right around the end of spring break this was the only house we could find big enough with a pool. The house has just about everything you need. I would recommend bribing your own beach towels and chairs and sand toys if headed to the beach. We bought all of these things for our stay while there. The pool was cold but I did read they will put in a heater soon. Neighborhood is very quiet so perfect for families. We would stay here again. Thank You

We had a little issue with the timed lock ... and I would recommend the safety fence for pool. We have always had those at other rentals and I think it would be good to include... plus a heater for the pool 😊. Thanks!

Hello Kristi, Thank you for your review. We are really sorry for the inconvenience, but the time was set up for 4:00 pm, per contract. We will look forward to revise your recommendation about the fence, right now it is not in our plans. Regarding the heater for the pool, it is not advertised, but the house will have a pool heater as soon as possible. However, you did not include your pet into the contract, which you were not charge for it. Once again thank you very much for your stay and review

Wonderful!!

This was an absolutely perfect home for our family including four teenagers! A quiet beautiful neighborhood to enjoy walks and bike rides and the home itself with pool was very clean and beautiful! Would definitely luv to rent again!!

This was a beautiful home in a growing area. We felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. The pool was so enjoyable and there were bikes, a pool table and a ping pong table to use. We suggested to the owner items needed for our stay. The owner was very accommodating.

Good experience

The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. A suggestion I would make would be to add a few things to the kitchen like cookie sheets for baking. Overall we had a great time. The pool was nice and we got a lot of use out of it. The kids loved it!

We stayed a week.. The house was just as described clean, lots of room. Kids loved the pool very quite neighborhood. Gloria was fabulous quick to answer any questions I had and checked on us during storm Elsa… I would definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful Home

We were more than impressed with this house!!! However i was not impressed with VRBO. Lots of hidden fees that you do not know about until you submit credit card payment information. The home owner was excelent to deal with and the property manager was very accomidating!

good golf location

house was as advertised it was in good shape and had all the things needed to enjoy the stay. the extras with the pool table and ping pong table made it nice to enjoy time in. the only negative is that the pool was not heated making it not really usable during our stay. property owner was quick to respond with any questions that came up.
