Notre endroit est proche de Bay St, Beach et CBD. Vous adorerez l'emplacement, les gens et l'ambiance. Notre endroit convient aux couples, aux aventuriers en solo, aux voyageurs d'affaires et aux familles (avec enfants).
Il y a une salle de gym à utiliser sur place, ainsi qu'une piscine chauffée.
L'appartement est entièrement autonome et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, manger, laver et nettoyer. Il est chauffé et climatisé.
Nous accueillons nos clients avec des fruits, des friandises pour le petit-déjeuner, des collations et une bouteille de vin (ou deux).

The property & location was fantastic. Very comfortable & clean accomodation & has everything you need. The provisions & snacks provided were thoughtful & very much appreciated after a long day of travelling. We would definitely stay again & recommend this property to others.

Amazing place to stay!

Everything was great, the apartment was very quiet and in a great area. We were able to easily access the beach, shops and cafes. Jo and Mark made the check in and out process seamless and we’re available if we had any questions. This apartment worked very well for 4 adults and would be great for kids as well. We would 100% look to stay here again!

Fantastic!

The place was fantastic. Very clean with a large living area. Everything from food in the fridge to washing power for the washing machine ect. I will definitely be staying there again. Close to everything I needed & close access to the city if required.

Jo and Mark are excellent host. We had flight delays getting in and they worked with us to make sure we could get right into the apartment when we arrived. They were also very generous offering us an additional day to stay for free because of our flight troubles. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Home away from home

We had an abosolut amazing time at the appartement! Jo welcomed us with a very lovely starter pack with wine,fruits,chocolates.. Always cared,that we are ok. Appartement was very clean,spacious and had everything you need.It's 2min walking distance to the beach and around 10min to the next tram station. Lovely place and we would love to come back on our next trip to Melbourne!!Thank you so much

Amazing experience

The property was exactly as described. Quiet area. Hosts are lovely, Mark meet me at check in and made sure everything was perfect for us. Jo checked in via text to make sure things were going smoothly. They were very flexible with check in and check out times and understanding of my time restrictions. The welcome snacks were amazing, so many small touches to make a great experience.

The Best!

What an awesome experience. Lovely unit, great beds, nice shower, charming balcony to sit out. Location was terrific- a few blocks to tram, which takes you right into the heart of the city. And the host, Jo was amazing. Best “welcome basket” we’ve ever had - fruit, yogurt, cereal, milk, snacks, chocolate, wine … Great communication and even stayed up until after 1 a.m. to check us in personally. Plus, she’s a great, fun, interesting person. Highly recommend this property.

My stay

The unit has alot of space. Everything is there in the unit. Snack and wine is supplied. Just buy your main course. The complex itself is quiet and the neighbourhood is lovely when you walk

Lovely place!

We just stayed here for four weeks without a car. It was just a few minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to loads of shops and restaurants. The Trams and buses were also a 10 minute walk with a 25ish ride to Melbourne CBD. This is one of three condos we’ve stayed in during our seven week trip and was by far the most well stocked kitchen with fruit, wine and much more than the basic essentials. We appreciated that so much! The rest of the condo and amenities were also wonderful. Cheers!

From the check in process where we were greeted after 10:30pm by Jo, the host and Bo, the handy Koala, through to the excellent recommendations being provided and along to the smooth checkout process, everything was great with this apartment! The welcome pack received was extremely generous and more than received at any other hired home! The utensils, plates, pans, towels, etc were really plentiful too! We had a great stay and would highly recommend Jo as a top host and her apartment as a great place to base your Melbourne trip! Thanks again Jo! Neil, Cath and Sophia

3 weeks in Melbourne

The Appartment is lovely, the pictures on the website don't really do it justice, it is better when you see it for your own eyes. On arrival we were met by Mark to let us in and show us around the appartment, there was some goodies left for us, wine, sweets, bread, milk, tea, coffee etc which was a very nice touch and means you dont need to rush out to get supplies.. once or twice i had to contact Jo and Mark due to some things i did not know how to use, they responded within a few minutes and sorted out my needs, the service was excellent and can not be faulted. The location was very good, a 5 minute walk to the tram system which gets you into Melbourne centre within about 20 minutes, a 5 minute walk up-to Bay Street, Port Melbourne with a number of very good restaurants, shops and one or two bars. The beach is only about 200 meters away from the front door of the appartment. I can not recommended this appartment enough and would have no hesitation in booking it again should we go back to Melbourne. Prior to booking this appartment I looked at a number of other locations around Melbourne, after traveling around and seeing other locations both my wife and I agreed on how happy we were that we actually picked this appartment it is so nice and the location is so good.

Comedy getaway

We stayed at Jo & Marks property forst weekend in April. We had tickets to comedy shows for the Melbourne comedy festival. Jo was easy to communicate with from booking enquires to our exit. The apartment is clean and tidy and has everything you need to relaxed stay. The bedding is comfortable. You can cook or dine out but jo and mark have everything on hand should you decide to stay in. We would definitely stay again. You won’t be disappointed if you book a stay here. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t want to leave.

hidden little gem

first time we have stayed at the port and will be doing it again for sure,our here was great and would stay there again. no noise and we walked to most places or a short walk to the tram,we found the restaurants to be great and the people to be warm.
