Guest Access:

You’ll have the entire home to yourself — completely private and comfortable.

This includes the main living areas, all four bedrooms, all three full bathrooms, the connected suite with kitchenette, laundry room, driveway, and outdoor areas.



Check-in is contact-free via a secure code.

Check-in: 4 PM – 10 PM

Check-out: 10 AM

You’ll be staying in a calm residential pocket of Charlotte known for its comfort and convenience. The area offers a mix of single-family homes, neighborhood streets, and easy access to daily essentials. Guests enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, tree-lined surroundings, and quick access to grocery stores, dining options, parks, and city amenities.



With approx. 1.8 miles to Uptown Charlotte, this location offers the perfect blend of peaceful living and nearby city attractions.



Getting Around:

Lynx Blue Line stations (Parkwood and 36th Street) are the nearest rail options with direct service to Uptown and beyond.

Rideshare options — Uber, Lyft, scooters, and bikeshare — are widely available.

Driving is simple with quick access to major Charlotte corridors.

Private driveway parking is included.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport is easily accessible by car or rideshare.

Guests must be 21+ to book.

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID.



Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

No parties or large gatherings. Violations may result in a $300 fee and cancellation without refund.



Dogs only (max 2). $59 per pet.

All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets incur a $120 fee per pet.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding; excess hair or damage may incur additional cleaning fees.

Please clean up pet waste.



Absolutely no smoking. $500 fee if smoke or remnants are found inside.



Free on-site driveway parking.

Please report any damage immediately.

Starter supplies are provided; guests purchase additional supplies as needed.

Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided.
