This modern three-level townhouse features bright open living spaces, high ceilings, and contemporary finishes throughout. With two ensuite King bedrooms each with a full private bath, a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room, full kitchen, balcony with BBQ grill and outdoor seating, laundry on the top floor, Smart TVs, and FREE parking, this home comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
Please NOTE: There is a separate studio apartment on the main level with its own private entrance that may be occupied during your stay. Your townhouse occupies the second and third floors with a dedicated, private entry.
The Space:
Modern design, natural light, and thoughtful layout make this home an inviting and comfortable place to stay. The second floor includes the living room, dining area, powder room, kitchen, and balcony, while the third floor hosts both King bedrooms and the laundry area. High ceilings, bright windows, and updated décor give the entire townhouse a fresh, spacious feel.
Primary Bedroom (Bedroom 1):
The primary bedroom features a King bed with a high-quality mattress and plush pillows. Large windows with room-darkening curtains bring in daylight with views of the Boise Front while maintaining privacy. The room includes a comfortable accent chair, a Smart TV, and a full private en-suite bathroom. Clean walls, minimal décor, and bright lighting create a restful atmosphere. This bedroom has a small armoire for clothing storage; the closet is LOCKED for owner use.
The en-suite bathroom features double vanities, a separate walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and an enclosed toilet room. Guests are provided with quality towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer.
Second Primary Bedroom (Bedroom 2)
The second King bedroom mirrors the first with a few subtle differences. It includes a comfortable memory-foam King mattress, room-darkening curtains and blinds, a large accent chair, and its own private en-suite bathroom. This bedroom does not have a TV; however, it includes a large walk-in closet for guest storage.
The en-suite bathroom features a single vanity and a shower-tub combo. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer are provided here as well.

The living room is bright and spacious with a 70â Smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating. A plush sofa converts to a Queen sleeper, allowing the home to host up to six guests. Accent chairs and additional seating create a welcoming space for relaxing, watching TV, or gathering with friends and family. Large windows and a sliding glass door fill the room with natural light and connect directly to the balcony.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, modern cabinetry, and generous counter space. The breakfast bar seats four with barstools. A spacious dining table is positioned near large windows, creating an inviting spot for shared meals or working remotely. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, a microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed for preparing meals at home.
A powder room is conveniently located off the dining area.
Balcony

~ An additional housekeeping fee is required on all stays over 14 nights.
~ We do NOT accept pets of any kind at this property.
