If management documents that a vehicle associated with your reservation has blocked a neighboring resident's garage entrance or driveway, preventing access to or from their garage, a $200 parking violation fee will be charged for each occurrence.

Please be advised that we are not liable for any delays, disruptions, or issues related to property maintenance or repairs performed by the building management.





**Guest Verification & Rental Agreement**

Before check-in, **all guests must complete a verification process**, which includes:

* Confirming your contact information

* Completing a secure screening

* Undergoing a background check, if required by the host or property management
