Great building / location

We stayed here for our elopement. The building is connected to the MGM Grand, which makes it easy to access the strip. Staff in the building were very accommodating and the owners were very responsive to all of our questions.

Convenient and Friendly Staff

The views are great from this apartment. The place is very clean and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It's a close walking distance to the Strip and the Uber pick is just minutes away.

Short stay

Made a quick trip Vegas for a family event and found this property perfect for our time there. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs and a call to housekeeping for dishware had us enjoying our breakfast in no time. Very clean, comfortable room. But be aware the Tower valet service might not be available.

Fabulous suite with balcony and a relatively good view of the strip. Room had a kitchenette, large bathroom, jetted tub and separate shower. So much better than having a basic hotel room. Be warned, there is a lot of walking in Vegas. This unit is in Tower 1, which is close to the elevator and the walkway that connects to the MGM Grand. I mention this because it is a huge plus at the end of a long day of walking. The unit was clean and well taken care of. The kitchenette was stocked with dishes. We would definitely book this unit again.

Fun Stay and AWESOME hosts!

Owners were very responsive - and issues that popped up (leaky faucet, etc) were addressed quickly and as best they could. Unit is worn and showing age, but the set up is lovely for an extended stay. Nice to have access to pools and amenities a little away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to the strip to get in the action when you’re ready. COVID had many restaurants and Starbucks on property closed during the week, but convenience store and cafe was available. We didn’t think we’d need housekeeping, but fresh towels would have been nice in hindsight. I’d spend the extra to have it. Request additional cups / utensils at check in!

Very nice

The property is gorgeous and located just behind the MGM Grand. The location makes it a short walk to the strip. The room is spacious and it had a balcony. The kitchen is an efficiency with a small fridge and tiny stove. Contact housekeeping for silverware. But there are no pots/pans. The microwave was handy. If you are looking for a studio or apartment feel, then you should book here. If you are wanting to be right on the strip, choose the MGM. The pool was open, but you have to get on the list early. Otherwise, the owners are helpful and attentive. I didn't need anything. But she checked to make sure everything was good upon arrival and throughout my stay. I would book here again. Thank you!

Nice property

It's a nice property connected to the MGM Grand by along walk way. The room was just as pictured and there was a very nice view of the strip and the mountains from the balcony. The bathroom was also spacious with a separate room for the toilet.

Great location, will definitely stay again

This is our 1st time staying at the MGM Signature and we would definitely do it again. The unit was exactly as described, high floor, amazing view. We were able to see several fireworks off in the distance for July 4th. The unit was clean and fully stocked with kitchen items. We cooked breakfast in the room every day, which we loved. There were a few questions/concerns about the room and the owner was super responsive and helpful. They also have on-site maintenance available (for example, the safe was locked upon arrival, maintenance arrived in minutes to fix). We were in Tower 1 which was the most convenient for main pool, casino and restaurants. Check in was super easy, getting taxi/car service was a little more challenging than at the main casino entrance, so plan ahead for that. Either leave with plenty of extra time or plan to walk through the casino to the main resort entrance. There was no additional towel service for our 3 day stay (not surprising as we have stayed in timeshares/VRBOs before), but good to know if you are expecting "hotel" daily service. There were no excess washcloths for our family of 4 and only 2 extra bath towels, so be careful that your kids don't just throw towels on the floor! If there was anything I would recommend it would be to have better quality towels, especially since they have to be re-used over several days; however I don't think this is in control of the owner, I believe this is probably provided by the housekeeping service, so I am sure it is the same for all the VRBO units. I would definitely be happy to work with these owners again on a future stay!

This room at Signature MGM is a greeat location for LVCC or Sands tradeshows and everything you would want for an easy stay. Starbucks right downstairs.

Terrific location! Great two person jetted tub and a balcony with a great view of the city. Super quiet room too. Bed sleeps great. Looking forward to returning.

Nice spot a few blocks down from the strip

Check-in process was simple and easy. Noticed w few dirt spots on furniture and jacuzzi jets need cleaning from probably not being used in a while. The balcony view does not face the strip but view is still nice.

You should have told me during your stay, we could have asked housekeeping to return immediately, but I just forwarded your comment for them to perform a deep cleaning on the jacuzzi, and to follow up with the housekeeper in charge of the unit that day to make sure to triple check the entire unit after all cleanings. Amazing stay and great hosts!

Our room was very clean upon arrival and Louis and Marie were super helpful and quick to respond. The check in and check out process was as easy as could be and these two made sure to cover all the bases to make sure that my girlfriend and I had no issues with checking in and enjoying our stay.
