Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry that your stay ended on such a disappointing note, especially after starting out positively. The cleanliness concerns you encountered upon arrival are not the experience we want for our guests, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We’re also sorry that the unexpected issue later in your stay required relocating your family and that the alternate accommodations added further stress rather than providing the comfort you needed. While we’re glad our team was responsive and communication was helpful, we understand that this did not make up for the disruption to your stay. Your feedback is important to us and will be shared with our team as we work to provide a better overall guest experience. - The Casago NSB Team
