The Space:

Afternoons here are best spent poolside - the sun warm overhead, the water cool underfoot, and nothing on the agenda but deciding when to go back inside. Set in quiet Casselberry, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home gives groups of up to 8 a relaxed, flexible base with real space to breathe, right within reach of Orlando's biggest attractions.

 

The space

The layout is open and easy to move through. From the front door, the kitchen flows into a dining area that connects naturally to a comfortable living room - a setup that keeps everyone together without feeling cramped. A second living room opens off the main living area, leading into a formal dining space with sliding doors out to the backyard. Whether it's a lazy morning with coffee or a card game after dinner, there's always a corner of the house that fits the mood.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Down the hall, two more bedrooms offer a queen bed and a full-size room respectively, sharing a bathroom with double sinks. A fourth bedroom at the end of the hall has a queen bed. Room-darkening shades in the bedrooms help everyone sleep in after a long day at the parks.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and wine glasses, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table seats the group for shared meals & the open connection to the living area keeps things social.

 

Outdoor & pool

The backyard is the heart of this home. A private outdoor pool sits at the centre, open-air and ready for an afternoon swim. A covered, screened seating area alongside it provides shade and a comfortable spot to unwind - morning coffee, evening drinks, or just somewhere to sit out of the sun. Outdoor furniture completes the setup.

 

Practical comforts

Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. There's a washer and dryer for longer stays, plus a dedicated workspace and strong Wi-Fi if you need to work remotely. A smart lock makes self check-in easy on arrival. The home also comes with a private entrance and free parking on premises.

Casselberry sits in a well-connected pocket of Central Florida. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 19 miles away - around 30-35 minutes by car. Universal Studios Orlando is about 28 miles out (35 minutes), SeaWorld Orlando around 27 miles (35 minutes), and Walt Disney World Resort is approximately 34 miles away (40-45 minutes). Closer to home, Lake Concord and Lake Faith Park are just 1.5 miles away, Secret Lake Park is 2 miles out, and Casselberry Golf Club is 3 miles down the road.



Please note: In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.
