Plenty of space for multigenerational family stay.

Property as described, owner was very responsive to any questions. Friendly neighborhood, lots of fireworks to celebrate the New Year!Had everything we needed.

Great place to stay

We rented a house as came in from texas to attend my granddaughter’s high school graduation. This house was just the right location. Beautiful view of the lake. Pool area was fully screened which made it very nice.

We had a great stay. The house is clean well maintained and convenient to local grocery and other stores. The backyard with the lake is splendid. The owner communicates promptly and addresses concerns in a timely manner. Stay here.

This house sits on a lake and is beautiful! Nice and quiet and just 30 mins from Disney world!

I had to reach out to the owner a couple of times and she was very friendly and responsive. I appreciate the fact that she answered immediately and her home was just gorgeous!

Comfortable house like home

Perfect for our family of 5 as we dropped off our daughter at college. Comfortable, well equipped and peaceful it felt like home. Andrea was terrific and very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Spacious, great backyard

This house is perfect for groups of 6-8 people. Plenty of space to sleep, eat, and relax. The backyard pool and lake are just as pictured, beautiful! A few things could be improved in terms of cleaning (oven cleaned out, dishwasher & washer/dryer unloaded prior to arrival, etc.). Additionally, the master bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable (rock hard & springy) so I would not suggest guests plan on even using that bed unless it's replaced. Overall, it's a beautiful and spacious home and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers!

Beautiful setting

What a gorgeous setting of the house with the pool area overlooking the lake. Close to the city yet feels secluded. Loved looking at all the travel artifacts around the house. Plenty of space for a larger family. Lovely host who was all so gracious to refund us for a night we couldn’t use. Thank you thank you thank you.

Wonderful Home to Rent

First, Andrea, the owner could not have been more responsive and accomadating. This home is beautiful and very clean. Every detail is covered with a full kitchen with everything you need, great lanai and pool overlooking the lake. Great neighborhood which made it nice to walk in the mornings. I would definately rent this house again. Thank you Andrea.

Very Comfortable and Relaxing

The home is very nice with a great kitchen and layout. The kitchen is stocked with necessities like salt, seasonings and coffee. The screened in patio/pool area was a delight. The location is close to UCF and plenty of restaurants. I highly recomend this home.

Great family stay

Well maintained family property. This was close to UCF, easy drive to the UCF Arena for our conference. Everything was just as described . Everything is clean, linens very nice, mattresses comfortable. Kitchen was a great place to gather, cook and eat together. Well worth the price. Thanks Andrea!!

Family Wedding Weekend

My family rented this house to attend a family wedding in downtown Winter Park. The house was just as the owner described and advertised through pictures and messages. Her name was Andrea and she was excellent to work with. She was very quick to respond during our booking process as well as answer our questions about her place. She was interested in our trip and wanted to make sure we had a great time during our stay. She was flexible with our check in and checkout time when possible and greeted us when we arrived to show us around. The house was very clean and had plenty of space to handle our group of 7 easily. We enjoyed the cable TV during the March Madness basketball weekend and felt right at home throughout the entire house. The patio, pool area and backyard setting was beautiful and shady so we could sit outside and visit. We even enjoyed the free use of the gas grill a couple times for our dinners. The location of the house was also a huge plus for us and conveniently located to the airport, Walmart, Publix and 417 highway. The short trip to downtown Winter Park was about 20 minutes for the wedding and it had so much to offer that we wish we would have had more time to spend there. Overall it was just a great experience for us and would highly recommend it to others. Andrea made everything so easy and we hope we could one day visit again.

I highly recommend this home. It is clean and comfortable and Andrea is wonderful.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home while moving our son into his apartment at UCF. We especially enjoyed sitting out by the pool and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked.

Originally from the Czech Republic, came to the United States when 19, went to University of Central Florida and received Bachelors in Nursing Science. Work with prematurely born babies in Neonatal ICU currently at Florida Hospital in Orlando. In my free time, I love to get lost in nature, trail running, hiking, camping, mountain biking, skiing, canoeing, beach, yoga - pretty much anything outdoors :)) when traveling and not camping out, love the adventure of staying in various types of accommodations. I like to pick unique places and love to meet with owners and do not mind when their location take me to remote places :)) Hope you will find my house as homy and welcoming as the multiple places I've had the pleasure to stay in :))
