Indulge yourself in the custom gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked to bake bread or whip up an Italian feast on the glass Induction cooktop. Or if you consider yourself a grill master, fire up the Weber Grill and hang outside. Inside the dining room sits 8 guests, and 5 others can gather around the 9+ foot island to eat and hang out. Take turns on the full body massage chair and Zen out for a 20-minute cat nap to repower up from your day or stretch with some yoga.

Check out The Nest for a game of pool, foosball or air hockey and stock up the fridge with your favorite beverages for a late night. Pop in a load of laundry and sit back for 45 minutes and play your favorite video game on the 55" TV or catch up on your Netflix shows. The fully integrated Alexa home allows you to enjoy music from the master bedroom throughout the kitchen, living room and game room so you can enjoy your Kiwi's playlists.

Immerse yourself in The Aviary and try out the Infrared Sauna and flush out all those toxins from your body from the night before. Follow this by a cold plunge to revitalize the body. Rinse and repeat to clear the mind and soul. Dip into the 8-person hot tub to relax any muscles after a day at the theme parks or challenge your friends in a game of cornhole in The Coop. Rinse off under the stars in the outdoor shower to cool off and in between games to stay refreshed. We have games galore inside for those rainy days or when the Florida sun get to be too much.

When it late, it's time to go to The Roost, pick the bedroom that resonates with your personality and have a tranquil night of sleep in one of our luxury beds fitted with 1200-count sheets and pillows galore. Take in the cheeky decor each room offers that will make you smile first thing in the morning. The guest bathroom features a rain shower and hands-free flush toilet. The 4-bedroom home sleeps 10 adults and 2 children comfortably and an gas water heater has been installed in 2024 to allow for multiple people to shower at the same time and do dishes and laundry.

The master suite features a king-size bed and a set of bunks suitable for kids 3-11 years old so they can camp out under the stars at night with the owls. This space can also be used as quiet zone with a work desk for those needing to play catch up on emails. The master bathroom features a bidet and a double vanity with a ramp slot sink and ceiling mounted faucet which is also something new to experience. Our walk-in shower is built for two and Alexa voice-activated and showcases a double rain shower, so everyone gets wet!

Our 1969 home that was completed remodeled in 2023-2024 and we love it to pieces - it's been a labor of love, please respect it and take care of it.

Guests and Extra Guests Policy:
Our pricing is based on 1-4 people staying at the home. If your group exceeds 4 people for more than 1 hour, please adjust your guest count accordingly. There is a small fee of $25 per night for each additional guest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all. Maximum amount of guests is 10.

If you are a new guest without reviews we charge a $200 deposit to be refunded at checkout after the cleaner leaves after check out and lets us know that the house is as it should be. These are the guidelines from Airbnb we like to share these with you.

For any cancellation, the processing fee of 1% of you total booking will not be refunded.

Treat your Host’s home like your own :

Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (ex: with moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.). Cleaning fees set by Hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (ex: laundry, vacuuming, etc.).

Litter: Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.

Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform Hosts of the damage as soon as possible and work with the Host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay reasonable requests for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.
