The main upper level of the unit showcases an open floor plan enhanced by hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, and numerous large windows that present a breathtaking mountain view. During winter, you can also catch glimpses of the snow trails at Granby Ranch Ski Resort, and in the summer months, you can hear the rodeo from Flying Heels Arena. The living room exudes a modern ambiance with ample seating surrounding the gas fireplace, ideal for cozy winter evenings, and includes a flat-screen TV for watching movies or your favorite shows. You can also step out onto the private deck, which offers outdoor seating for drinks or meals during the warmer months, a BBQ grill, and views of the surrounding mountains and the nearby golf course.
The dining room can accommodate up to six guests, with two extra chairs available in the bedrooms, and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. It is conveniently situated near both the main living area and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with new countertops, modern stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island that provides extra space for meal preparation. Additionally, there is a half bathroom.
