New 3 bedroom 300 yards from Lake Granby
This is a newer, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, beautiful townhome, situated approximately 300 yards from Lake Granby. The main entry to the townhome is on the ground floor with direct access to the unit. This level also has a one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and full en-suite bathroom. The main floor of the unit has an open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen all complemented by large windows, hardwood floors and exposed wood beams in the ceiling. The living room offers cozy furniture to relax on and enjoy the gas fireplace, flat screen television and ceiling fan to cool off during the warmer summer months. The dining area will seat up to six guests and provides access to the private deck to enjoy the surrounding views of the mountains and forest. The very spacious kitchen has granite countertops, newer appliances and plenty of space for meal preparation. The upper level of the townhome has the primary suite with queen bed, natural stone fireplace for added ambience, flat screen television, ceiling fan and full bathroom with new tiled flooring and shower/tub enclosure. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and Captain’s bunk (double on the bottom and twin on the top) - great spot for children in the group and anyone needing extra bedding options and a flat screen television and full en-suite bathroom. The location of this mountain townhome could not be better - in addition to being next to the second largest body of water in Colorado, you are only six miles away from the historical town of Grand Lake and the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Ski Granby Ranch Ski Resort is 15 minutes away and Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski Areas are a 30 minute drive. Hot Sulphur Springs, one of Colorado's best kept secrets, is a short 20 minute drive. Nearby summer activities include nearly all forms of water recreation: boating, water-skiing, sailing, jet-skiing, fishing, swimming, as well as kayaking and rafting on the adjoining three lakes and their tributaries. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest provide miles of hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling trails, as well as unparalleled wildlife watching opportunities. There are several golf courses in the area: Grand Lake's 18 hole public golf course just north of Grand Lake Village and Granby Ranch Golf Course nearby. Other fun things include Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater Company performances at the community center of Grand Lake, Jazz Festival in Winter Park, horseback riding, historical homesteads and ghost towns, museums, great restaurants, antique stores, and much, much, more! Please note that there are no views of Lake Granby and there is no air conditioning in the townhome. We are located at an elevation of 8200' where the temperature will drop to the mid 40's at night even in the hottest part of the summer. Guests have access to our private dock and common area on the lake. The common area features a BBQ grill with patio furniture, fire pit, volleyball court and horseshoe pit. Please be aware that smoking is strictly prohibited on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. Guests found smoking will be fined $200 per day. GCR License: STR#127214

Spacious house, easy check in! Great having lots of bathrooms. Host was very responsive.Several light bulbs out or flickering, bed in basement is as hard as a rock, used several comforters to make it softer but didn’t really help. Would consider returning if mattresses were more comfortable.

Hop skip and a jump from the water
The property itself is awesome. Very well taken care of and plenty of sleeping quarters. Everyone in the group absolutely loved how each bedroom has its own bathroom and a powder room on the kitchen level. Would definitely stay there again. Parking is the only setback, especially if you have a trailer with toys, but it was still very doable. Property manager was very responsive when we did make contact.

Nice Getaway in Granby
The condo was a great place to stay! It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough for a short drive into Granby or Grand Lake. The place was stocked with all the essentials and some extras that made it very comfy. Reserving and dealing with the owner was painless, and he was very responsive to all of our questions. We will definitely return to Colorado, and we will definitely consider staying here again! Thanks for the hospitality!

Great Time on the Lake
My family stayed at this condo for a trip to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. It is a very nice condo and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the space and the guest book memories. It doesn’t have a view of the lake and is a 5 minute drive to town each time, but it didn’t bother us. We used the SUP boards and rented a boat at a nearby marina one day. The condo is easy to access and the owner did a fantastic job with instructions. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing! Great communication!
Our family really enjoyed the property! It was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The owner communicated right away with us when there was an issue with wifi, and even contacted his service provider to find out there was an outage. He texted me several times with updates about this-really above and beyond. The very short walk to the docks with fishing access and beautiful views of the lake were wonderful! Beds were very comfortable and everything was as described!

Minor things to make it great
This house is cute, and clean. However, for the price, I was a bit disappointed.
There are several things throughout the house that are either not working, old, or squeaky.
Additionally, there is no air-conditioning. I was told air-conditioning wasn’t necessary due to the nice summer weather in the mountains - but this house made it particularly challenging because the master bedroom wouldn’t get below 85° (during our summer visit). There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, but it squeaks so loudly that it interrupts your sleep. There is no cross-breeze, even when you open all the windows. It’s so easy to install a balance kit on a fan, it desperately needs it!!!!
Additionally, the house has three bedrooms, one of which is on the main floor right as you enter the front door and the other two are up several flights of stairs (I’d guess at least 35 stairs total). This is clearly not ideal for the elderly or anybody who has physical limitations.
The view off the back porch is of an old shed and broken down fence. You cannot see the lake (and you can barely see the mountains).
The kitchen is nicely appointed with a fairly new refrigerator and granite countertops. However, the major drawer/shelf within the fridge is broken, and we almost dumped out all of our food just by opening the door every time. The unit has plenty of dishes, pots, and silverware. They also have some spices.
Access to the local dock is great. Ignore the no trespassing signs.

Wonderful getaway!
We were looking for a place to "get away" from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We were not disappointed!
We really appreciated being so close to Lake Granby! It was just a short walk down the street. It was so nice to have 2 paddleboards and life jackets available to use.
The location is very convenient: close to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park! The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

A nice stay in a nice town home
This property has very superior facilities; 3 bedrooms each with a private bath and an additional guest 1/2 bath. Convenience items are well provided and the kitchen has all necessary appliances. The bed was comfortable. This unit is ideal for larger groups of up to eight. We were quite pleased. The town home is three stories and about 8,000' elevation so
not handicapped suitabe for some.

Quiet, Clean and spacious
We stayed at this location to have access to the RMNP for hiking. This townhouse was clean and spacious for our family of 4 adults. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. All rooms were well equipped. Washer/ Dryer were present + ironing board/iron. We didn't have time to enjoy the lake (we were only at this location for 2 days and spent it in RMNP)...but it is within walking distance. We would stay here again if we come to this area of CO again.

Great place to stay in the Lake Granby area.
We had a great 1 week stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all of the supplies necessary to clean dishes. The lake is a short walk from the place and I was able to easily catch a few trout from the area around the dock. The fully functional washer and dryer had supplies. There were two standup paddle boards available for use. It has no air conditioning, but closing the blinds during the day kept the place comfortable. If we return, we will check to see whether it is available again. It fit our needs well. It is located relatively close to the National Park and we were able to gain entry without reservations by arriving before 9 am.
