The Space:

This extraordinary dual-home estate combines the best of two luxurious residences into one exclusive listing – 19th Hole and Top Gulf, ideal for large family gatherings, multi-family vacations, or retreats. Both homes offer unparalleled Gulf of Mexico views from multiple levels, including private rooftop decks that crown each property. One rooftop offers approximately 500 square feet of open-air living space, while the other provides 400 square feet—each outfitted with bar-top seating, soft loungers shaded by umbrellas, dry bars with beverage refrigerators, smart TVs, and breathtaking panoramic vistas of Siesta Key. Each rooftop is directly accessible from its own club room—a stylish and air-conditioned indoor space designed for entertainment and relaxation. These club rooms are equipped with plush seating, gaming consoles, smart TVs, dry bars, and even unique amenities such as wall-mounted Scrabble, Tic Tac Toe, Golden Tee arcade, and workstations. Half baths located within these spaces add convenience, creating an ideal setting for both morning coffee and evening cocktails above the island’s palm-fringed skyline.



Outdoor living continues on the ground level, where both homes offer fenced, resort-style backyards with lush tropical landscaping, multiple lounge areas, and two spectacular heated saltwater pools with oversized spas. One pool features a swim-up bar with five built-in stools and a decorative privacy wall, while the other offers a six-hole mini-golf course tucked behind the spa. Both backyards include water slides, volleyball nets, covered patios with ample seating and dining space, outdoor grills with natural gas hookups, dry bars, ping pong tables, smart TVs, and beverage refrigerators. These outdoor oases are connected by a private gate, providing a secure, family-friendly layout that also welcomes pets (with applicable fees and restrictions). Ceiling fans throughout enhance the open-air comfort, while each home includes a poolside refrigerator and deep freezer to simplify beach days and outdoor entertainment.



This nearly 8,000-square-foot estate comprises two stunning six-bedroom homes, offering a total of twelve bedrooms, eleven full bathrooms, and four half bathrooms. The estate comfortably sleeps up to thirty-two guests across eight king bedrooms and four thoughtfully designed custom bunk rooms. Bunk arrangements include full-over-king, full-over-full, and full-over-California king—perfect for kids, teens, or extended families. Every bedroom includes a private en suite bath, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout the estate. Both homes are equipped with elevators to all floors (excluding rooftop decks), and most doorways and walkways are thirty inches or wider. Walk-in showers are featured in nearly every bathroom for added accessibility. Smart TVs are installed throughout both homes, including in all bedrooms and exterior patio areas, along with high-speed Wi-Fi that provides complete coverage inside and out.





Floor Plan Description (by level):



Ground Level:

Guests can park up to eight vehicles with four covered spaces and four driveway spots. Each backyard is completely fenced for safety and privacy, with poolside comforts and recreational amenities as described above. The entry foyers in both homes offer stair and elevator access to all living levels, including the rooftop club rooms. Guests will also find beach gear readily available, including four wagons, four coolers, twelve beach chairs, and eight bicycles. Full refrigerators and freezers located on the ground level allow for easy beach prep and poolside refreshments throughout the day.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

In Home A (19th Hole), Bedroom 3 offers a king bed, en suite bath with a walk-in shower, and tasteful coastal furnishings. Bedroom 4 also features a king bed, private balcony, and a spacious en suite bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are custom bunk rooms—each with a full-over-California king configuration and private en suite baths. Bedroom 5 has a combination tub and shower, while Bedroom 6 features a walk-in shower. A laundry area with a washer and dryer is located on this level for added convenience.



In Home B (Top Gulf), Bedroom 3 features a king bed, balcony access with partial Gulf views, and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 mirrors this setup with a second king bed, Gulf-view balcony access, and a private walk-in shower bath. Bedrooms 5 and 6 in this home are also bunk rooms; Bedroom 5 includes a full-over-king bed while Bedroom 6 offers a full-over-full setup. These rooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. A washer and dryer are also available on this level.



The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

In Home A, the great room opens to panoramic Gulf views and includes the main living room, dining area, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and thoughtful essentials. The dining space accommodates 14 guests at the table and 4 more at the kitchen island. Master Bedroom 1 on this level features a king bed, Gulf views, a large walk-in shower, and dual vanity sinks. A half bath and laundry facilities are also provided.



In Home B, the second living level also centers around the great room with spectacular Gulf views and open access to the furnished main balcony. The kitchen is outfitted with trusted appliances and plenty of cookware, while the dining area seats up to 13 guests between the table and island. Master Bedroom 2 offers a king bed, balcony access with Gulf views, and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity. This level also includes a half bath and washer/dryer for convenience.



The Third Level of Living & Rooftop Deck (4th Floor):

In Home A, the top level is anchored by the club room and expansive 500-square-foot rooftop deck. This indoor space includes comfortable seating, a gaming console, smart TV, beverage fridge, dry bar, trash pull-out, and a half bath. The rooftop provides a relaxing haven with bar seating along the railing, soft lounge furniture, umbrellas, and Gulf views. Also on this floor is Master Bedroom 2, which features a king bed, large en suite bath, and dual walk-in showers.



In Home B, this level includes its own club room with entertainment features such as dual smart TVs, a Golden Tee arcade game, dry bar, beverage fridge, work desk, and half bath. The 400-square-foot rooftop deck offers sunset bar seating, smart TV, umbrellas, and expansive Gulf views. Also located here is Master Bedroom 1, which includes a king bed, rooftop access, and an oversized bathroom with a luxurious soaker tub and walk-in shower.



Getting Around:

Perfectly positioned across from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach and just steps from Beach Access 7. Each home is within a short walk or bike ride to the vibrant Siesta Key Village, where you'll find a delightful mix of restaurants, boutique shopping, groceries, and entertainment options. For those wishing to explore beyond the island, the free trolley stops nearby and offers easy access across Siesta Key. Downtown Sarasota is a mere 10 to 15-minute drive, offering fine dining, a dynamic arts scene, and upscale marinas. For day trips, Lido Key, Anna Maria Island, and the renowned theme parks of Tampa and Orlando are all within 30 to 90 minutes.
