wonderful stay

Great Property

Property was exactly as pictured and described. Clean, comfortable and very convenient to where we like to hang out on Siesta Key. We really enjoyed the pool as well.

Fantastic house!

We had a blast swimming and spending time together. Short walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants. we didn’t have to drive at all while there.

Great house!

This was a great house with a large group (8 people) and we could have slept several more. Loved the pool, distance from a beautiful beach, and home amenities and set-up. Really appreciated the prompt communication before and during my stay.

private beach getaway

Perfect in every way!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the beach bungalow!! Everything was clean, the kitchen had all the essentials, the location to the beach and grocery store (short walk) was perfect, and the pool/grill was amazing for happy hour! What a wonderful vacation! Thanks for helping my family and I make memories that will last us a lifetime!

Family had a blast.

We had a great time at this property. It was very close to the beach. The property was very well maintained. Whenever we were not at the beach the kids were having a blast playing in the heated pool. Having the beach chairs / beach caddies / toys etc... available made it easy to venture to the beach.

Great location with in walking distance

Great location with walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurant and a fabulous grocery store. The unit was very accommodating with dishes, utensils, updated appliances and cleanliness. And great to have access to a washer and dryer with a screened in porch. The pool was crystal clear and great to have the umbrellas and patio chairs and tables along with a grill.

Reall nice place

This place was perfect, it's walking distance to 4 Restaurants,Trolley Stop and the Beach is about a 1/4 mile away. The one thing you need to know when renting this unit is it also has a small 1 Bedroom Apartment attached to it so you may have to share the pool with other Guest which could be a problem if you got the wrong kind of people since they will basically be swimming in your front yard.

First time renter

Place was better than the description. Photos were helpful, but the place was better in person. Loved having a private pool, which helped cool us off after a full day on the beach or site-seeing. Would rent there again. Property was very clean. Was just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants. Would recommend to a friend, but not for the weeks that we take. Easy access to the mainland.

Great place for family vacation

The house was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed. My kids loved the pool, the short walk to the beach and the nearby amenities. Ice cream was a block away! It was also easy to get on and off the island. I had a couple of email exchanges with the property manager. She was quick to respond and helped with the questions I had. We would definitely stay here again.

A great place with an amazing location!

We had a great time at the property! So clean and so convenient to everything. Check in/check out was a breeze, they had everything you need at the house! The pool was an absolute saving grace for us as we arrived on a day when the red tide was heavy. The beach access point near the house was the best beach we had seen there. Loved walking to a dinner restaurant every night. Even rented a boat down the street! We’ll be back! Thank you!

Excellent Location!!

Our stay here was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and so much more. Loved having the beach chairs and other beach amenities provided. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The location was perfect. We kayaked on lido key, rode bikes on Legacy Trail, took a day trip to Sanibel, and enjoyed some dog walks at Brohard Paw Park and Beach, Myakka, and Red Bug Slough Preserve. They loved all of their outings! Would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future. Thank you for having us! It was a lovely getaway.

Outstanding. Wonderful!

What a wonderful time we had at this property! Everything exceeded our expectations. The "real thing" is even better than the pics. Nice home, wonderful pool, comfy beds, great kitchen. We had two adults and 4 kids (elementary, high school & college age) and everyone had a wonderful time. The weather was a bit cooler initially, but the pool setting (heated pool) made for a great setting for swimming, trying out the snorkel & mask and laying in the sun. At every point, the owners seem to have made thoughtful touches to make the place warm and homey, both inside and out. We pretty much stayed on site the whole week, and I heard several comments of "best vacation ever!" so this place is a winner! The property manager was easy to work with, very nice, and responsive. Can't wait to go back!

We can't wait to come return to Siesta Key and this home !

The property was exactly as it appears online. Decor was super cute, very beachy and everything you could want was there. From a iphone charger, zip lock baggies, to the beach towels, top of the line beach chairs ( back packs ) to Pam and Salt and Pepper to cook eggs in the morning. It's like staying at a friends home, candles for the table outside w/lighter, throw blankets , nothing was missing. It was spotless, and the location is perfect -easy 6 min walk down the road to the beach, the Daiquri Deck , Capt Curts Crab bar- easy parking for 3 cars. We had the best vacation- for 8 people the set up worked well. The Mom's in the inlaw- and the younger crowd of 6 in the main house- 1 bedroom King, 1 bedroom 2 twins, and a very comfy King Sleeper sofa . We will be coming back to this home again for sure- you won't be disappointed.

Family Vacation 2016

The unit was just what we needed. We had 2 couples and a baby for most of the week and then another couple joined us for the weekend. The unit is spacious and comfortable. It is the most well stocked unit we have ever rented. Paper supplies, kitchen utensils, dish soap, spices etc. Also, there are not many pet friendly rentals on Siesta Key. The saltwater pool is awesome! The downside is that it is shared with the 1bdr. that is attached. ( I didn't realize this until after we had booked.) And bring your bug spray the "no see ums" were voracious in the morning and evening. The beach is only 3 blocks away. Many restaurant choices close by also. Be sure to read your contract thoroughly. We had an extra laundry charge I had over looked.

Perfection in every way!

I cannot say enough great things about this beautiful home and all the amenities the owners offer their guests. My mother, sister and two young daughters (3.5 years and almost 1 year) stayed for a week and it was simply perfect. The location was SO convenient to shops (great ice cream for my 3 year old), bike/kayak/paddle board rentals (at great prices), the most beautiful beach (2 blocks to sugar cookie dough-like sand and breathtaking water) and very kid friendly restaurants (LOVED Clayton's), the pool was amazing and just the right temperature for a morning or evening swim after the beach and the house itself was spotless and so comfortable. They had plenty of beach umbrellas, carts, chairs, toys, floats, etc. all in great condition for us to use too...and a pack n play for my little one, which saved us a lot on baggage fees or rentals. The rental also provides nice beach towels and soft, plush linens for the bedrooms and bath. Nita, the property manager was incredibly helpful as we planned our trip (Thank you so much Nita). We are definitely already planning our trip for next year and cannot wait to return. You cannot go wrong with this home and Siesta Key. As I said, PERFECTION!

Great House In Great Location!

This house is about a 2 block walk to Beach Access #12 (Crescent Beach). There is a very good restaurant at the end of the dead end street where the house is located and another around the corner. There is also small market at the end of the block. Everything you need (including kayak rentals, beach shops, liquor shopping, and the marina etc.) are all available within a block or so radius. There are also many free ride services available to take you to the other side of Siesta Key to the Village where there are more bars, restaurants and shops. As to the house itself, it was awesome! It had everything we needed (toasters, blenders, cocktail shakers, pool friendly wine glasses, bottle openers, beach stuff, etc.!). The house was very clean and well equipped. The pool was also clean, warm and fabulous!!!!! We were, admittedly, a little disappointed when additional guests showed up at the adjoining apartment part way through our stay. We knew they were coming, but we really, really, really liked having everything to ourselves. With that said, we really only saw each other coming and going so it was not a big deal at all. We were thrilled with all aspects of our rental and would absolutely not hesitate to rent again!!!

Amazing place!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was so perfect for our family. We were comfortable the entire time with plenty of towels and linens for everyone. We loved having the pool to entertain the kids when we weren’t at the beach. The location was so great- loved being able to walk to so many different places! I hope we can come again next year!!! Communication with property manager was great as well

Spring Break

We stayed here with our kids and family friends for spring break. The property was very clean and a short two block walk to the beach!

Great location

Cute beach cottage. Great location. Warm pool. The house next door was under construction so a bit noisy at times but it's almost finished. Otherwise, great rental.

Great Beach House - Steps away from everything

This house is the perfect retreat for groups of friends or couples looking to explore Siesta Key and its vicinity. The house was sparkling clean, the pool and patio area were definitely the star of the show, and all of the rooms were very comfortable and spacious for our group of 9. This is definitely a hidden gem in the Siesta Key area. We loved everything about the house!
