Two large decks feature ample space & seating to savor the coastal breezes. Take in the ocean from the top-floor deck or enjoy a private hot tub on the lower, covered deck, ideal for after-hike soaks.

Your own private stair path leads straight to the beach, Cape Kiwanda, and multiple secluded walking trails – it's a bit of a climb, but the access, views, and privacy are worth every step! Plus, there's another convenient beach & tidepool access point that’s an easy walk or less than a minute’s drive, that's perfect for the whole family.

Inside your stunning haven, a central great room is detailed with wood floors, vaulted ceilings, contemporary furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling picture windows showcasing the incredible views! Great location. WE watched a whale from the deck, hiked the dunes, and climbed Cape Kiwanda. The hike to the ocean has some short steep climbs, but is a great little walk through trees and the dunes.

Ocean view Pacific City

The gouse was clean and the kitchen has all the things you need. The deck provides an ocean view. The house was perfect for our family of 7, lots of room for everyone. Comfy couches and beds, huge master bathroom and a slider door in the mater bedroom that leads out to the lower deck with the hot tub.

Perfect Serenity with a View!

If you’re looking for peace & serenity, this is the place. The home is close to restaurants and market in Pacific City, but in quiet neighborhood. The living room & kitchen have beautiful ocean views and are steps away from huge deck. The decor is zen like and just perfect for relaxing with a good book, glass of wine and staring out the window at the ocean. The hot tub was also perfect for great r & r and great view! My husband & son went fishing for the day while mama got some much needed quiet time! Great access to the beach too, would absolutely rebook this home!

Very nice house, located by the beach (the access is not straightforward, but perfectly OK for us).Kitchen/living room/dining areas are great, the views of the Pacific from the upper deck is memorable.An excellent stay, we recommend the place and location!A few things that could have been much better : 1-hot tub not working at the time of our stay (we got word from Vacasa beforehand, but still), 2-TV remotes were not operational we would appreciate some gesture regarding the hot tub.3-all our text messages sent to Vacasa found no reply at all ... not that our inquiries were emergency-related, but it would have been nice to hear from them besides their messages that we received regularly during our stay

Paradise on the Cape

Beautiful property. Most everything was in good working order. Downstairs bathroom light fixture was broken and one bathtub didn’t drain well. Kitchen was well stocked. Great porch off the dining area had spectacular views. Wish it had an outdoor table for enjoying meals outside. Only 1 roll of paper toweling didn’t go far but plenty of dish towels. Nice living area to relax in.

Not Clean as advertised

When I read the reviews this property had been reviewed as being extremely clean. Turns out that was not the case at all. The floors were black with dirt. There was someone else's dirty towels shoved under the cabinet and then when I went to put the boys to bed the sheets were dirty and full of long black hair. The house overall, inside and out was messy and very dirty. Extremely Disappointing.
