The property was great for the dogs. And the kitchen was great. I would suggest new blinds in the bedrooms. There are missing slats, so there isn’t good privacy for dressing and sleeping. It was a great place though. Would love to come back. Also, a bathmat would be handy, and some matches to light the fire!

Great stay out of the tourist zone of Lincoln City but close enough if you want to explore with great food options within walking distance. Grateful Bread is amazing for breakfast and is in eyesight as you exit your room and look out the wall of windows at the 6 deer running the street(4th was actually a goat).

The house was great with a nice sized yard for our dog! There was a keurig but not coffee pods and the coffee shops were all closed by the time we go to town so that was a little disappointing. My only other complaint is the sheets in the master were kind of scratchy, I’m sensitive to textures and the sheets seemed like it’s time to replace them. Other than those minor things the place was clean and spacious and in a good location!

This house is so precious! It is in a great location. Pacific City is quaint, and this house is right down the street from a bakery/cafe, thrift store, and cute shops. Down the main road is the grocery store. The house was clean, well organized, had lots activities (movies, games, rope swing in the yard, yard games), and the beds were comfy. The yard was a great size for our two 65lbs dogs! The fence is tall enough, as well. There were locals walking through the neighborhood, tourists grabbing coffee, and deer prancing around. We would rent this house over and over again! The only issue we had was some of the lamps in the living room did not turn on, and several people did not pick up after their pet's waste. Easy fixes!

Very disappointing

Counter tops were filthy and inside cupboards, had to wash all kitchen things, very few kitchen pots and pans, microwave light is out, coffee pot doesn't work, had to us bathroom window for a TP holder, master bedroom needs new blinds most are missing slats, all doors need WD40 as they all squeak, railings on deck very loose, yard is trashed all and all way over priced for what you get. Stayed at VRB's in 2022 Depot Bay and 2023 Lincoln City was the top of the line. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Skyler, we are disheartened to read that you experienced issues that kept you from fully enjoying your stay. We shared your comments with the local manager who assured us that the home is scheduled for a deep cleaning and the microwave light was replaced. Additionally, the slats missing in the primary bedroom blinds have been replaced and the homeowner will be addressing the deck. The coffee pot was found to be in good working order. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

Will be back!

We visited during Memorial Day weekend and love this house! The location is great. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, etc., but off the beaten path enough to be quiet and peaceful. Loved kicking back on the deck and the fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. King bed was super comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The place is so homey and cute. Water pressure is heavenly! Kitchen was well stocked for us to cook all our meals, although there aren’t any cups for drinks outside the coffee cups. Only some of the windows have screens. Turned out it wasn’t a big deal and we still opened them to enjoy a lovely cross-breeze. There is a washer and dryer, but no detergent/dryer sheets so bring those cups for your stay. There is also a dishwasher but only one packet of dishwasher soap available, so we hand washed our dishes until the last day to save it for checkout. The WiFi didn’t work the first night of our stay, but kicked back on for the rest of the trip. The Vacasa ops manager was super responsive and helpful when we contacted about the WiFi situation. Overall we absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend.

This house is cute but it has allot of issues

We chose a weird weekend to stay. There was hurricane force winds, and pacific city flooded. Luckily our house did not. It is however filled with ants, has a barely functional water heater, the oven doesn’t fit in it’s recess, it wasn’t very clean, and smelled a bit moldy, probably due to the fact that that the shower isn’t caulked at the tub. The wood stove appears to have been illegally modified, and is very sketchy. We could not reduce airflow and the fire was dangerously hot. It’s not the worst place we’ve ever stayed at by far, but this was definitely a bad patch job on an old home for rental purposes. For the price I would not stay here again.
