The Space:

This stunning 2100 square foot home right in the heart of Lincoln City will serve as the perfect escape during your Oregon Coast vacation. Located on the private drive of Driftwood Lane in Olvia Beach’s newest development, a relaxing stay awaits you at this picturesque hillside retreat that offers stunning ocean views and gorgeous sunsets. This newly constructed vacation rental is equipped with everything you'll need to feel right at home - thoughtfully appointed rooms with stylish but comfortable furnishings all add to the cozy beach feel.



Step inside, and you will find a fully equipped kitchen with room for everyone to enjoy meals at the large island or built-in dining banquette. A large gathering room complete with a gas fireplace, large sectional couch, swivel chairs, ottomans, and a 60-inch Smart TV is the perfect place to bring guests together for whatever the activity may be. Settle in and get cozy in front of one of the two gas fireplaces.



Three wraparound decks with ocean views to the south and the west, complete with gas BBQ for grilling, seasonal table, chairs for outdoor dining, and high-backed Adirondack chairs for enjoying the view and good conversation. The large rooftop deck features a hot tub and seasonal seating that offers unobstructed ocean views to the west and north – best views from any hot tub in the OB!



The Pearl sits adjacent to both of Olivia Beach’s upper community amenities including a playground with a twin tower play structure, steps to take you to the lower community amenities, aseasonal outdoor saltwater heated swimming pool with a deck overlooking the Pacific, a 24/7 year-round fitness center, a large community fire pit, and a sand volleyball court.

This was an absolutely beautiful home with amazing ocean views. The home was very clean. We traveled with our grandchildren and they absolutely loved the small playground next door. We can’t wait for our next stay here.

This is a lovely home with room for our family. It's close to the beach, south an ocean view from all 3 levels. There's a nice playground next door that our kids enjoyed. We loved waking up and walking out to hear the ocean and breathe the fresh air!

Absolutely loved the property!! Did a family honeymoon with our 4 kids ages 21, 16, 14 and 13 and it was amazing! Tons of space for family meals, family game night and movie night. BBQ grill worked great and the roof top hot tub was fantastic after a day in the cold pacific. We are completely in love with the house, the area and the ocean. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved the property it was absolutely beautiful! The views are breathtaking. The only issue was we were not given the right door code so had to wait a few minutes for a call back to get in. I would recommend this place to stay for sure.

Didn't realize that none of the bathrooms sinks had no hot water. Had to wash our hands and face in the only sink with hot water in the kitchen. The main rug in the living room was filthy as was the ottomans. We checked in as the house keeper was leaving with her dog. Rules of the house said no dogs allowed? The garage odor of mold was overwhelming. I gave it a 3 star only because it has a hot tub. Had to hunt down a lighter for the BBQ because the sparker wasn't working at all. They try to advertise this house as a 4 star but frankly I don't understand how. For the price it's not worth it.

This beautiful property is a short walk to the beach and a short drive away. The house offers spectacular Ocean views from three distinct advantageous points. It is the perfect mix of elegance with a small touch of beach-themed decor. The house is well-kept, and the host and their team are phenomenal communicators and very kind. The rooftop hot tub is a nice touch, with an ocean view during the day and wave sounds by night. The house is kid-friendly, with a courtesy baby gate, a pack-and-play, and a high chair for your convenience. There is a small park right next to the house, and a well-stocked kitchen full of dishes you'll need to cook and serve with. The location is 5 minutes from town, 45 minutes from Newport, with many attractions in between. The spacious property provides ample room for a large family/group (excluding pets) and is highly recommended. I can hardly wait to use this place again. The only downside to this property is that parking is tight, with few street parking options available. Everyone we had encounteredered in the surrounding vacentity were plight, and had wonderful suggestions on where to go and what to do with the weather being colder/wetter than anticipated.
