My sisters and I had a wonderful stay. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom!! The house was lovely, spacious and close to town. The downs of this house was that one bedroom upstairs had no window covering, which made my sister uncomfortable, plus there was no dresser and no closet to hang her clothes. There was a shortage of silverware. We read other reviews so we brought plastic bowls and some pots. We had to have them come and repair some wood that fell off the tub. They were right on that! They are very easy to work with. I would stay there again.

We’re glad Beyond the Sea gave your sisters a comfortable place to gather and enjoy time near town. A little extra privacy and room to settle in can make a real difference, so we’ll share your suggestions about the upstairs bedroom and silverware with the owner for consideration. We’re also pleased our team could respond promptly during your stay, and we’d be happy to welcome you back.

Kitchen was lacking in bowls, pans and utensils needed to do much cooking. Need to bring tinfoil, baggies or plastic wrap, there weren't any.

Thanks for the helpful feedback. We're sorry the kitchen didn’t have everything you needed; we’ll be adding extra bowls, pans and utensils to the inventory and will stock foil, baggies and plastic wrap for future guests. We hope the coastal setting and the rest of the home helped make your stay relaxing.

Everything was as described and such a beautiful house. The couches and beds were comfortable and each room having its own bathroom was perfect! We will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful home in Lincoln City

We loved this home!! Clean, comfortable, well appointed with the comforts and amenities of home. We loved that each bed room had its own on-suite bathroom. Lots of gathering space upstairs and downstairs. It was perfect for 3 couples.

The house doesnt seem as nice as usual. Boards are missing from the tub downstairs, hardly anything in the kitchen to cook with, no sponge for washing dishes, kitchen was dirty (and dishes in the cabinet), no sitting furniture on the top deck. Quinn was amazing for letting us reschedule, I really appreciate the great customer service.

Truly liveable home, lovely neighborhood

Stayed with my handicapped mother and while it is not wheelchair accessible, there is a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor which was nice. Loved being able to walk in the woods behind the house, gorgeous!!! Fully equipped kitchen and well designed home in a nice neighborhood, can walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

We felt the description was a bit deceiving as it was not as close to the beach as expected (not walkable for us with two small kids) and the parking situation was definitely less space than what was listed. The house itself was pretty clean and nicely spaced. They did ask us to remove shoes when in the home but quickly discovered the floors were very dirty and our feet/socks were immediately black.. We loved having bathrooms in each room but when I reached out before arriving the company couldn’t give me specifics on the property. I contacted and asking about showers (we had kids with us and were hoping for a detached shower head since it’s said it was only showers) but upon arriving discovered there was actual tubs. Obviously nice surprise but the listing was incorrect. We also felt like the house was not very well stocked when it came to dishes and had to make some adjustments. It was great being so close to town but the neighborhood itself was not super easy to navigate as it was very hilly and others were not mindful of stop signs and construction around - we were almost hit several times with people flying through those very narrow streets.

Thanks for staying at Beyond the Sea and for sharing these helpful observations. We’re glad the layout and the private bathrooms supported your family and that the proximity to town made outings easy. We will update the listing to more accurately reflect walking distance to the beach, parking availability, and the bathroom fixtures, and we’ll review our dish inventory so kitchens are better stocked. We’ll also schedule a deep clean of the floors and add clearer neighborhood notes about the hilly streets and local traffic to help families plan their arrival and outings. We appreciate the feedback and hope you’ll consider staying with us again so you can see those improvements.

So much fun!

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (4 and 2) and my brother. We had a blast. You’re not right on the ocean but you do have views from the upstairs balcony. The home is fully stocked so we could make meals. The neighborhood is super quiet and relaxing. The ‘Karen’ across the street was actually super friendly - but we were also really careful to follow the parking rules after reading previous reviews. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s awesome that each bedroom is a suite so everyone has their own bathroom. I’d definitely stay here again!
