This rental is a midcentury style house with three levels.

Massive Tree's with romantic spanish moss- with no rear neighbors (except the sealife and birds) offers a ton of privacy and room for entertainment.

We do host small weddings, elopements, intimate events, brunches, bridal showers, engagements, etc on property.

Our home is a beautiful getaway and retreat for celebrations of all kinds. From family vacations filled with fishing kayking bonfires and game nights- to our assistance with our company offering weddings and events.

All of this on 5 secluded acres but.. in the heart of Seminole. Just a few miles from the most beautiful beaches!

We feature 180 degrees of our own private waterfront (salt water estuary) for kayaking and exploring Florida mangroves birds and sealife.

We provide kayaks and fishing poles for exploring off our dock.

Our stylish, updated home puts an emphasis on coastal vibes, comfort, and family warmth to make you feel like home.

MASSIVE EAT IN KITCHEN with a huge and gorgeous natural wood farm table that seats 10. Plus an enormous quartz island all which opens to the beautiful outdoor waterfront space.

BED & BATH

This tri level home sleeps up to 6 guests over 3 bedrooms.

(The truth is, it can sleep more but we keep one room locked and prefer to keep our guests in rooms and off couches to sleep)

Rest easy in the master bedroom, furnished with an extremely comfortable king bed that is a craftmatic power mattress. Also features a 50” cable smart TV, canister fuel fireplace, seating area, desk/ enclosed workspace, views of the water, en suite bathroom with beautiful walk in shower and dressing room with full length mirrors, dresser and ultra large closet space featuring organizers and wooden hangers.

The second bedroom is appointed with a luxury queen bed, closet, armoire, desk with Apple Monitor for your use and smart TV. Closet organizers and wooden hangers.

The third bedroom features a cozy antique double bed, large armoire, desk and closet with organizers and wooden hangers

The fouth bedroom is also a 500 square foot game room featuring a pull out sofa for two and a double bed. Mounted Wall TV and tons of games to enjoy and connect.

Dine alfresco on the patio, furnished with table seating for six, a pool table, and seating area.

This is a favorite place for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee!

OUTDOOR DECK

Relax and watch a movie under the stars or from the hot tub with our pull down screen, seating for 8 on a comfortable outdoor sofa set or swing to the breezes in a hammock- all overlooking the dock and water.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, beach towels, and a brand new washer/dryer including pods, dryer sheets, extra cleaning supplies for spot cleaning.

Parking is available for several vechicles and a boat or RV in the very large circular driveway.
