My family enjoyed our stay here, I would say though the house and many areas could use a lot of upgrades within the house. Many of the kitchen chairs were missing screws so the chair would come up, one of the beds in the pink bedroom sunk down into the middle because the legs kept coming up and wouldn’t stick to the floor. We received about 2 packages almost every day during our stay which was becoming to build up and get in the way. I would give the house 7/10 and would consider maybe renting again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Host was responsive, house was spacious and beautiful, and the kids absolutely loved all of the activities. The weather was a bit colder than usual which meant we didn't use the pool much but thankfully all the other activities made for an awesome stay for the kids!

Location is great! Right next to all the beaches. The house was phenomenal! Super clean had so many amenities! Gorgeous pool, huge basketball court, pickleball, pool table, game room, the list goes on and on. Perfect rental for kids and for adults! The hosts were always available answered within minutes and so friendly great to interact with! If this house is available I highly recommend the stay!

What a great stay!!!! Had my son’s annual birthday sleepover here and it was the best!!! Pool was great! Pickle ball court was huge hit! The game room was a fun favorite. I loved how the kitchen overlooked the whole house and pool area. I do wish the hot tub was an actual hot tub with high heat and jet bubble:, but honestly with all the other amenities it was not a big deal. The host Josh was such a great communicator. Absolutely loved it. My college kid was able to make it for a couple of hours on the last day and Josh was so great at letting us extend our checkout by hours for a very nominal fee. Already ready to book another weekend. This is the place to stay!!!!

Beautiful home! Clean and well appointed. Outside is amazing with tons to do for my three year old granddaughter. Loved the pool! Looking forward to staying again.

Great Place to stay

The Junga Villa is a wonderful place to stay! The host was quick to respond to our questions. The house is just as it is pictured. Our grandchildren ages 9-12 loved it,so much to do. Also close to the beach!,

Family Vacation

Our 4-night stay was amazing! Close to several great beaches, and if you didn't want to leave there is plenty of entertainment right at the house. This house is perfect for romantic getaways or family fun! Quiet neighborhood, private backyard, couldn't ask for more!

The home smelled like mold which put a damper on our trip. When I reached out to the owner regarding this issue they said they would send someone out to take a look but never did. My family was concerned for our health. The smell was so overwhelming that we went to the store to get smell goods. You can see mold on the ceiling and recent water leaks. The pictures are very deceiving. The lawn care is poorly taken care of. The yard wasn’t mowed the backyard around the basketball court needs to be cleaned up. The mini golf was covered in seashells so we had to clean it off for our kids to play. You have to shut things down outside at 10 and the cameras are watching you. The outdoor furniture smelled of mold which made us not want to sit on it. The playground had plants growing inside it and was covered in spiderwebs we had to clean it out. They received packages everyday which started to build up. The place has potential but is not taken care of well. You can tell they are just doing the bare minimum to get the next guest in there. I have pictures to show the issues. I would not recommend this place please find somewhere else so you don’t ruin your vacation.

Perfect place for big families!

My husband and I stayed in the Jungle Villa with our 5 kids (ages 1-13) and his parents. The house and property were immaculate and fully equipped to handle our big family and cooking lots of meal to feed all of us. The street/area was very quiet and clean. Our kids spent several hours a day in the heated pool, and when they weren't swimming they were playing pickle ball, put put, etc. They never once complained of being bored and have asked if we could go back on our next vacation. We drove into Indian Rocks Beach a few times and the beach was beautiful, plus lots of great little shops and restaurants along Gulf Blvd. Josh was very responsive any time we had a question and the check in/check out instructions were very clear. We've stayed in a handful of vacation rentals in Florida and this has been the best by far, we will be returning in the future!

Great stay, would recommend, great hosts

Hosts were great. Quick and easy communication. Booking, checking in and checking out was easy. House was great and as advertised. Pool was clean and warm. Gave a 5 star rating on cleanliness because linens, kitchen, beds and baths were all super clean, but we did find a spilling open beer on the floor inside between couch and wall. Pool deck near grill had some trash too. Not a huge deal and only mentioned it just as a note for the host to pass along to the cleaners. Things happen. We had an issue with one shower and the host was super quick to send someone out and it caused no issues for our stay (and man that shower had AMAZING water pressure). Everything was fabulous. We would recommend and would stay again here or with the same host if needed again.

I hate to do this and never do

We were disappointed when we realized we had booked a place titled “Heated pool and spa oasis” when in reality not only are you required to pay a fee for the heating of the spa and pool but the whole pool system was broken. Everything was dirty, none of the sheets were washed and all had other ppl and pets hair and dust mites . There was mold all over the patio furniture, all over the windows and holes. This property could be great and in the pics it looks that way but it was not as shown in the photos. We left the property after the first night. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a rental. There was also a pill in the room the kids were going to sleep in. Safety was definitely a concern. There were bugs in the coffee machine water tank and ants everywhere really.

Hi Daymara, Our cancellation policy is clearly stated on our listing. Just because you wanted to cancel before arrival, free of penalty, does not give you the right to outright lie about the property condition and leave us a poor review out of spite. It is dishonest and gross.
