Guest Access:
We're thrilled to have you stay with us! You'll have access to the entire house during your stay, so feel free to make yourself at home. The only thing we ask is that you please avoid using the patio shed.

To make your check-in process as smooth as possible, we'll provide you with a self-check-in code when you arrive. We want your stay to be as comfortable and stress-free as possible, so don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet Residential Area: Located just 5 minutes from Indian Shores Beach, this peaceful neighborhood offers a relaxing environment. Only 2 minutes away, Seminole City Park is perfect for kids to enjoy the playgrounds or for a stroll by the lake.

Other Things to Note:
We allow 2 dogs per stay for a fee!

If you're interested in heating the pool during your stay, we offer this feature for an additional $40 per day. Please ensure you request this service in advance and pre-pay. The pool is heated to a comfortable 85°F, though its effectiveness can vary with the weather conditions.

Additionally, please be aware that our pool and landscaping maintenance are handled by external contractors. Pool maintenance occurs every Monday and Friday, yard maintenance is carried out every Saturday. While you may notice maintenance personnel during your stay, the exact timing of their work can vary. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility regarding their presence.

Please note the slide has a weight limit of 110 pounds and is designed for use by one child at a time. This is to ensure the safety of all children using it.

The use of loud music is strictly prohibited at all times to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Additionally, parking on the grass is not allowed. Our driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 4 cars. Thank you for respecting these rules!

There's no need to take the garbage bins to the curb. we offer valet trash service, and our team will ensure the bins are taken out every Monday and Thursday night.
