Hello! Chris here, born and raised in Bryan, but very well traveled. I ride every chance I get. Across the county, or the country! Ask anything you want about our local attractions, I can help you find what you want and enjoy your visit here.
We're just barely outside the city limits, but definitely in the country. The roads are all paved, and we're on a residential loop, so there's very little traffic. The wildlife comes in close, and the neighbors are far away. You can have all the privacy you want close to town. The water pressure is awesome, and there's 80 gallons of hot water!
I built this house almost entirely by myself inside of a preexisting motor cycle shop. Down to cutting down the trees, and milling them before installation. You have access to the entire property, including the pond and gardens that you can pick for dinner. There are an endless number of things to do without ever leaving.
