Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood this home is an excellent home away from home. Beautiful Sue Haswell Park is in the neighborhood.

There is a coded lock on the front door and the back door. Parking is located in the front of the home and also in the back of the home. To access the back parking simply drive around to the alley behind the home. There is a 2 car garage that is accessible through the alley. This home is within walking distance of Blinn College.
