GUEST ACCESS:

GENERAL: Guests have full access to the entire property and its amenities. Long-term stays are allowed—if you’re interested in staying longer than 29 nights, send us a message and we’d be happy to discuss extended stays.

KEYLESS SELF CHECK-IN & GARAGE ACCESS: The home includes a private single-car garage located to the right of the front entrance. You’ll find a white Linear-branded keypad between the front door and the garage. It’s slightly tucked away, but we’ll send clear visual directions and your unique keypad code before arrival. If you ever have trouble accessing the garage, we can also open or close it remotely in case of emergencies.

PARKING: Free driveway parking for 4 vehicles and street parking (first-come, first-served).

Note: The garage has limited space and cannot accommodate large SUVs. Street parking is available nearby for your convenience.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- Always turn off the gas after using the rooftop fire pit, and cover it when not in use to prevent rust.

- The BBQ grill and fire pit in the courtyard belong to our neighbors and are not for guest use.

- While the rooftop terrace is private, it’s connected to our neighbors’ rooftops. Please be considerate and friendly if you see them during your stay.

- We’ll provide detailed check-in & check-out instructions and are available to answer any questions you may have about the property or surrounding area.
