Movie lovers will enjoy the dedicated theater room with surround sound and a King size sleeper sofa for a true cinematic experience.

Things to Note:

- Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the paved driveway directly in front of the property.

- Security Camera info: There is a one security camera at the front porch overlooking main entry door.

- Wifi: Due to the Smoky Mountains remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.

- The gas fireplace is seasonal and available from October - March. During season, the pilot light will be on. Turn the timer past 10 minutes and the fireplace will light

- Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.

- Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply. .

- 4X4 or AWD may be required in winter months
