The dining table is large enough to accommodate whatever five-course masterpiece you dish up and is the perfect place to put on a family game night. TOPSâL Beach & Racquet Resort also boasts a community fitness center, three restaurants, pools, a hot tub, and award-winning tennis facilities.
With the beach only steps away from your front door, be sure to pack a swimsuit and some lunches for long afternoons of sun and surf. YOLO Board + Beach rents surfboards and bicycles and is less than two miles away. There are tons of hiking trails to be found at the local state parks and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park Gregory E. Moore RV Resort offers fishing and paddling on the dune lakes. Nature-lovers will appreciate the sandy scrubland, dunes, old-growth pine forests, and wetlands. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is only two miles away with wine festivals, restaurants, live concerts, boutiques, and galleries.

We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
