Le Beach Resort 310 est situé à quelques pas du sable blanc de Miramar Beach! Ce charmant condo se trouve à proximité de l'accès à une plage sécurisée et de la piscine extravagante - comprenant un bain à remous, une fontaine d'eau et une partie peu profonde pour que les enfants puissent en profiter. Profitez du grand balcon donnant sur la piscine et la vue sur le golfe, juste de l'autre côté de la rue! Avec un très grand lit dans la chambre et des lits superposés dans le coin avec lits superposés, ce condo de 1BR + lits superposés / 2BA peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement. Vous allez vraiment vous régaler au Beach Resort 310!
Situé directement en face de la plage sur Scenic Gulf Drive, le Beach Resort est un complexe de copropriétés de faible hauteur avec seulement 64 unités. Le complexe dispose d'une vaste piscine à entrée zéro avec une fontaine et un bain à remous (la piscine est chauffée en saison). Il y a de nombreuses chaises sur le pont pour se prélasser au soleil, ainsi qu��un espace de cuisson communautaire. Beach Resort fournit également un accès à la plage fermée! Faim? À quelques minutes à pied, vous trouverez des restaurants favoris du bord de mer: Captain Dave’s, Pompano Joe’s et Kenny D’s Vous avez les vacances que vous recherchez au Beach Resort!

Les Destin Commons, situés à proximité, abritent d'incroyables restaurants, des magasins haut de gamme, un parc avec des fontaines éblouissantes en son centre et des lieux favoris tels que Bass Pro Shops et Hard Rock Cafe.
À proximité se trouve Destin Commons, une zone aménagée avec soin pour les piétons et un superbe paysage familial où les enfants adoreront jouer dans les fontaines interactives. Pour les plus jeunes également, une aire de jeux extérieure sur le thème des pirates et des activités nautiques comprend une aire de jeux douce de 1 750 pieds carrés avec diverses créatures marines, des toboggans et un coffre au trésor! Destin Commons propose également un mini-train pour les enfants. Destin Commons compte plus de 75 boutiques et restaurants, dont Godiva Chocolates, les cinémas AMC et le Bass Pro Shop.
Si vous êtes près de Miramar Beach, les plongeurs avec masque et tuba de votre groupe adoreront le nouveau r��cif artificiel appelé Dolphin Reef, déployé en 2017. Situé à seulement 200 mètres de l'accès à la plage publique régionale de Miramar (par Pompano Joe's), il est en train de devenir un paradis pour la vie marine. Chacun des 4 récifs de plongée en apnée comprend 40 acres de fond marin autorisé. Le récif des dauphins est à une profondeur de 12 à 20 pieds. Nous recommandons fortement aux snorkelers d’utiliser un kayak, un paddleboard ou un autre dispositif de flottaison lors de la visite des récifs de snorkeling. Les conditions de mer peuvent changer et changent rapidement et souvent. Prendre plaisir!

We always have the best time at Beach Resort. It’s super clean, great location, and has the best pool/hot tub condo. It is also quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay in Unit 310 it was clean, as described, and had everything we needed. Checking in and out was fast and easy. We also really appreciate the quick responses to any and all questions we had. Perfect unit and location for a family vacation.

Family getaway

A more thorough cleaning is needed. The pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. Otherwise excellent place, relaxing, great location. Will go back again.

Decent middle range Beach Resort condo

We’re fond of Beach Resort and have stayed there several times. The unit we usually stay in was unavailable so we went with #310. Comparatively, #310 was more expensive. The sundries here were cheaper and less quality (good toilet paper though!). The bedding was also only OK. The headboard was loose and there were two standard pillows per person that were flat as could be. We ended up buying pillows from Ross just to make it tolerable for us. There is no garage parking with this condo andn o beach chairs included (extra $40/day). All in all, there are worse condos in Beach Resort but we were disappointed compared to what we were used to. Good news is it was clean and the kitchen had all kinds of equipment - a Keurig, regular coffee maker, slow cooker, panini press, etc. If you are planning to make your own meals, this is great. I appreciated the code door lock as it made one less key to carry to the beach. The company was easy to deal with and prompt in communications. The TV included a basic cable package in all rooms.

Fantastic Week

Overall, the property was fantastic! 5 stars overall. My kids (10, 7), wife and I all loved the pool, hot tub and balcony. The Unit itself was very clean, spacious and nicely appointed. Quiet at night. The pictures are a very good representation of the unit. Check in was easy and on time. The washer and dryer were great, wifi worked well, so did the cable TV and blu ray player. The kitchen was sized well to prepare meals. My kids liked the bunk bed arrangement. It was a great place to come "home" to and relax after a day at the beach. Dishes and cooking utensils were all provided, including blender. Bath towels provided. Clean sheets were provided for the fold-out sofa bed. This is a great place that we would love to stay in again. Info for those that do stay here: We went to Publix prior to check in to buy food etc. for the week, and this is what we had to go back for. Hand soap was provided at each bathroom sink, but not at the kitchen sink. Two rolls of TP are provided in each bathroom, do what you will with that info, and decide if you will need more. A small bottle of dishwashing soap was provided along with a dishpan and scrubber, and it was adequate for our dishwashing needs. There were two dishwasher tabs provided, and they want you to run it as you check out, leaving you one for your stay, we had to buy a bag for 1 more tab. A laundry basket is provided, as well as an iron and board, but we had to buy detergent. We had to buy paper towels as there were none provided. Salt and pepper shakers. They have both drip and Keurig coffee makers, so bring whatever you usually use. 3 trash bags were provided in the kitchen, and they want you to take it out before you leave, leaving you two for your stay. We had to use grocery bags as we went through the ones provided. The beach access for this property is about a 300 yard walk down the street. It is not the one directly across the street, and they are all code/key controlled (both in and out). It was a bit confusing on the first day, but not a big deal at all after that. The beach is more than worth the 5 min walk, but bring a wagon if you have more than a few things. The only real CON was that the remote for the parking garage did not work. We parked in the surface lot, so no big deal, but I did email the management company about it on the first day, and never got a response.

David, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with some feedback regarding your family's vacation rental experience while staying in Beach Resort 310, a one-bed, two-bath condo that sleeps six comfortably with a king-size bed in the bedroom, twin bunks in the bunk nook, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We are happy to know that you thought this homey property was fantastic overall since the unit itself was very clean, spacious and nicely appointed with a balcony, washer & dryer and a well sized kitchen and you loved the pool and hot tub. We are also glad that the wifi and cable worked well, check-in was easy and on time and there were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, including a blender; and you would love to stay here again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by there not being more supplies available. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides a limited amount (starters) of such items as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and dish detergent. Guests must provide any other additional items needed for/during their stay. Spices, condiments, coffee, etc. are not provided due to food safety issues. We would also like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by the remote for the garage not working. We are unfortunately unable to find any record of this issue being noted. The garage at this resort is only open to owners or full-time residents. Thank you for choosing Real Joy.

Nice place; few snags...

We chose to stay at this property with our family of 5 (which includes 3 small children) for almost 2 weeks. It was listed as a 2 bedroom which led us to believe the bunks were in their own room. The bunk area does NOT have a door and that was a tad disappointing as it’s close to the kitchen and main living area, so once the kids were in bed we needed to keep our noise (washing dishes, watching TV, talking, games, etc) to a lower level. The second and most frustrating issue was the dryer was broken...with a longer stay like we planned we NEEDED the unit to have a fully functioning washer and dryer. It was broken upon trying to use on our very first day. We called RealJoy and left a voicemail about the issue, the saga continued for 11 days, with 3 different people “looking” at it and determining it broken, and finally having it fixed just 12 hours before we checked out. We were offered laundry service but did have enough laundry to send out that first day and also did not want to use that option, as the dryer was something we planned to use daily to dry our towels/suits to use again. Also, their policy is to send vendors and maintenance into the condo even if you are not there, which is supposed to be for your convenience but actually made us very nervous, as all of our belongings were in there. When calling RealJoy you will almost never speak to the same person and often need to leave voicemails and wait for call backs. Overall this part of our experience was VERY inconvenient and frustrating. We ended up buying string from Walmart and tying lines up throughout the condo to dry our clothes. We were never offered any type of compensation or reimbursement either. The condo building itself is very nice, smaller compared to others (not high rise) which is great for those that don’t like crowds. The pools were always clean and well maintained. Plenty of chairs and loungers. The unit smelled clean when we arrived and other than some sticky spots on the floor and balcony floor it was clean. The main bedroom had a slated blind but no curtain so at night the light from the hotel next door comes in and in the morning it is bright, beware if light bothers you for sleeping. Overall, we enjoyed the space. The entrance to the beach for this unit is a bit of a walk, we didn’t have a wagon for our things but would recommend one. The private entrance area has a spot for rinsing feet and items and that was a plus. The beach in Miramar is perfection!

We are happy to know that you enjoyed this property, its clean and well maintained pool, private entrance area, and the space in general. Please accept our apology for the dryer not working properly. When we were made aware of this issue on the 10th, communication was sought on the 11th, and on the 12th, an offer was made to bring fresh towels and do your laundry. Someone came to assess the dryer on the 15th, when it was determined that a part needed to be ordered. Unfortunately there was a delay when the vendor had emergencies that caused them to reschedule the appointment to replace the part. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Real Joy.

Beach Resort 310

Overall everything was good. My only 2 complaints are that the shower heads in both bathrooms are terrible. There was better pressure and spray volume from the kitchen sink sprayer! Also the floors weren’t clean. After showering and walking around the condo the bottoms of our feet looked like we had been walking barefoot through the parking lot. Generally I don’t leave bad comments but get this was important.
