Welcome to Makai 308, a beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities in Ocean City, Maryland. Located just 1.5 blocks from the beach and directly across from the Convention Center, this airy third-floor getaway places you in a prime midtown location with quick access to restaurants, entertainment, mini golf, Seacrets, and more.



Step inside to a welcoming, beach-themed retreat with plenty of natural light. The living area offers comfortable seating, a DirectTV cable-equipped Smart TV, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Sliding doors open to a north-facing balcony where you can enjoy sunsets and bay views while relaxing in the coastal breeze.



The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need for easy meals — plus a dining area that seats your group comfortably. Both bedrooms offer Smart TVs and DirectTV cable. The primary suite includes a king bed and private walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom includes a queen bed with its own DirectTV access and quick access to a second full bathroom.



With a washer and dryer in the unit, elevator access, and Wi-Fi, every detail is designed to keep your stay smooth, comfortable, and effortless. And when you’re ready for more fun, the Makai building offers year-round indoor pool access, a fitness center with sauna, and a billiards room.



From the moment you walk through the door, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we include a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away.

What is the minimum age to rent?

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as relaxing as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine).



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
