Welcome to Bayview Grand 102, a beautifully maintained bayfront condo offering the kind of setting guests come back for year after year. Situated directly on the bay, this spacious home places you right above the water, with sweeping views that stretch across the harbor and light up at sunset.



The open living area is filled with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling sliders and large windows that frame the bay. Step outside onto the oversized private balcony to enjoy morning coffee, watch boats pass by, or settle in for unforgettable sunset views over the water. The balcony is furnished for both lounging and dining, making it a favorite gathering spot throughout the day.



Inside, the living space is comfortable and inviting, featuring ample seating and a Smart HD TV with cable. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, with space to gather at the dining table or breakfast bar for meals, games, or casual evenings in.



Three of the four bedrooms offer direct bay views, creating peaceful retreats throughout the home. Two bedrooms function as primary suites, providing added comfort and privacy for couples or families traveling together. With flexible sleeping arrangements and generous square footage, this condo is well suited for families, multi-family stays, or group getaways.



Guests also enjoy access to a private bayfront common area featuring picnic tables, Adirondack seating, and a grill, along with fishing access along the bulkhead inside the gated community space. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit adds convenience for longer stays.



Bayview Grand’s location offers the best of both worlds: a calm bayside setting paired with close proximity to Ocean City’s attractions. Guests often go out for a beach day or an evening on the Boardwalk, then return to the quiet waterfront atmosphere that makes this property stand out. The nearby recreation park on 3rd Street includes courts for tennis, pickleball, and basketball, along with play areas for children, and the area is a popular spot for viewing boats during major fishing tournaments and seasonal events.

The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away.



All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

Is beach gear provided?

✹ Yes. The owner provides 5 beach chairs stored in the outside closet. Ocean City Vacation Homes can also arrange additional beach equipment for a fee prior to check-in.



Are pets allowed?

✹ No, pets are not permitted at this property.



Is smoking allowed anywhere?

✹ No, smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the home or on the property.



What is the check-in and check-out time?

✹ Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

✹ Early check-in may be available between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM for an additional priority cleaning fee. Please inquire in advance.

✹ Late check-out is not available.



How do I access the property?

✹ This property uses an E-Lock system for contactless check-in.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues do not qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name birthday, photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund.
